We went on a two-month closure for some restaurant enhancement. In that time, rats got into our employee lounge and storage room. The restaurant (dining room) area has NEVER been infected by any sorts of vermin.

I was wondering if any one else was doing that.
There should be a trap that lures a rodent into a carrige attached to some balloons. When the rodent steps on a release mechanism, the carrige is released and sent into space, and fireworks will detonate based on a timer.
No mess, and no fuss. Fun and simple. (Kinda)

Man you don't have to worry about a purple fingernail it will be more like a broken finger. It just goes to show you how careful you need to be when setting these things. Can Confirm this trap also will catch rabbits. Put one in my backyard the other day to get the squirrels causing damage. Day 1- misfire(bad placement), Day 2- rabbit, Day 3 squirrel, Day 4 is tomorrow. works great so far!

MY Guinea Pig jumped about 5 foot in the air when the kill bar snapped back when you were demoing the trap, lol.
I'm ironically here watching rat trap videos after my guinea pig died a few weeks ago. Watching the uncensored footage was slightly unsettling lol.
Ahh, our other one Charlie died years ago, so poor Jimi has been on his lonesome since then, Charlie was the gregarious, we have had Jimi nearly 4 years and he is still frightened to death of us, trying to catch him to give him a pet is a total chore.

He will be coming at you, for some pay back, later on; so you'd best, figure out a way to get him, before he gets you. A smaller version, of the trap you used to off his mummy, should do the trick. I have this Ouell 3-10 trap at the cabin and a couple of weeks ago there was a few squirrels roaming to close. I set up the trap and the next morning i accidentally got a marten in the trap. Just to say how powerful this trap is. Thanks for sharing your videos with us.

For your purple nail, you can take a clip or a needle and make it hot with a lighter and then poke your nail with it right where the purple part is

I watched the uncensored version, and I must say: there's something oddly satisfying in hearing a loud noise and seeing a plague pest's neck being crushed.
I use the 411 trap to catch the neighbourhood cats. It works very well and as a additional bonus I sell them to the restaurant 3 blocks away. It''s a win-win. 8-)

Shawn, you're teasing us again! I followed the Link and watched the Un-edited Video and actually got to see the MONSTER as you chucked it from the Trap! Now here's why I say you're teasing us... You teased us by showing us a trap at the beginning of this and stated it's good for Skunks and such. If I recall, you once cooked and ate a Skunk on UA-cam... I dare say that this Rat would have been far more Palatable than that Skunk that nearly made you barf!
On the next HUGE Rat that you harvest, PLEASE show us how to make a Fire Roasted Rat like you did the Skunk. I suggest a basting of Butter, Garlic and Nutmeg topped with a light sprinkling of salt and ground Black Pepper with some freshly picked Basil used for garnish!👍

This is an AMAZINGLY EFFECTIVE trap! I put this trap right next to the Havahart trap and these squirrels prefer this one LOL! They don't even look at the Havahart trap but LOVE this one - one after the other no more destruction in our attic! They were ruining our house. Not any more!
