GPS issues whilst in transit with Samsung galaxy phones - resolved? Part 3 of 3

After a lot of faffing around, I realised that for the optimisation settings to be turned off, you need to restart the phone for it to work more effectively. find your location at the beginning of the day and Google maps seems to be working perfectly now.
I keep my phone setting on high all the time now and battery use has not been an issue for me.

Won't help you much as I upgraded to the S23Ultra and not once had the GPS issue.
However with all the methods I played with, I found keeping the gps on the whole time seemed to have helped. Prior to my upgrade i would always be into a habit of turning GPs of when not being used. This was something I did to save battery back in the day when battery's weren't that good. There's just no need anymore so keeping it on all the time seems to help. Also make sure Gps permissons are on (always)

Is this still working for you? I have tried everything, going to give this a shot. I am concerned because in the past my S22 has had a tendency of getting quite warm.
