Just a thought, but where you put the one-way streets (around the 4:00 area), you should flip thier locations... Otherwise, you're forcing exiting traffic intending to go to the underground highway to have to _go_ *back* _through_ the entrance area, creating a traffic jam. Having the exit one-way road closest to the stadium makes it a lot less congested of a route overall, especially for those that don't intend to go to the stadium.

The rich district should be called Mr. Bean towers. It would be a reference to the Satisfactory series and the district is shaped like a bean.
You should build that pyramid on the hill above the ultra-rich living area. It'd add a nice creepy cult/secret society feel.

A tall tower right next to a large stadium reminds me a lot of the CN Tower area in Toronto
The "Posh District" needs to become the "Habsburg Hamlet" or something along those lines.
