I have my wifi router and modem hooked up to a 600 watt battery UPS. So if power goes out I have 48 days worth of electricity to run my wifi. HOWEVER and this is the most IMPORTANT. Ring DOESN'T CARE. They are forcing us to join the wifi back up plan even if we don't have their new hub and they are going to charge us $20 a month or $200 a year. That is doubled than what it was. @ring  3 роки тому

Thanks for following up with us. While it's possible to link the Ring Alarm Pro with an Eero router, we recommend pairing it with Eero wifi extenders in order to expand the wifi range emitted from the Ring Alarm Pro Base Station. Additionally, the Ring Alarm Pro features 2 ethernet ports to provide a hard line connection. Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding this.

That is correct. The Eero 6 Extender is capable of supporting network speeds up to 500mbps. Additionally, as each home environment is different, you may need to experiment with the placement of your wifi extenders for the strongest connection.
