Great stuff, 20mm-1/72 is my go too for ww2, Cold War & Modern wargaming. Skirmish through to corps sized games. I think my collection has passed 5000 pieces now.

I use my old 1/72 scale kits now to play the board games as they are better represented than the 1/56 scale

Thanks! I have modelled WWII aircraft in 1/72 only, and I have a few vehicles/figures in that scale as well. I recently got interested Bolt Action, and came across mentions of people using 1/72 for that instead of 28mm. However, I haven't seen any details on how they do that. Do they play everything with the standard rules/board scale, and just substitute their 1/72 figures for the 28mm?

I think some just substitute 1/72 for 28mm and others just adjust the measurements.
