wow just found this site. its really inspiring. now I do not do ww2 myself but I can see great potential to adapt this to other periods such as Napoleonic. I am eager to see the fight your own wars. many thanks for sharing all this much appreciated.
Thanks for sharing your rules for free and for making these videos. I like the start small and expand your forces idea. I can't, for the life of me, understand why this approach is not built into all wargames rules. People don't want to wait until they have 400 figures painted to start playing. This way, with your rules and about 16 - 20 figures, (total, not per side) you can get your game started! That is the way it should be, and that is the way to get younger players involved as well (it keeps the expense down to a manageable level).
I rarely use metal figures - I probably only have a dozen. With the advent of 3D printing, I expect that won't change as I can get what I need for the various armies from the 3D print boys. I am sorry but have no experience of Empress.
Hi The website and the rules are very much alive but the website has recently experienced a few technical issues following the switch to a new server. My tech guy is unavailable at present owing to a family bereavement but we will be getting the site up and running again asap. Thanks for letting us know about this isuue.
@@yarslowmodelrailway1 Glad to hear things will get sorted and the rules are still available. I'm looking forward to exploring the rules. Thanks for the response.
Hi Anders. This is not on BoardGameGeek. The rules, codex cards and stuff are all available as a free download from the web site. Download, play and enjoy!!
Hi Eduardo. The rules are available as a free download at www.fightyourownbattles.co.uk. The soldiers and tanks come from all major producers. Look at www.plasticsoldierreview for details of manufacturers. Scenery is mostly home made. Hope that helps you. If not, ask again.
Brilliant. Downloaded FYOB and Heroes All. Giving it a whirl. Can't wait. Thank you.

Totally agree with you. Its something Warhammer used to do which I admired. Thanks for your comments.
Good to see you back...nice videos
More to come! Thanks for your interest :-)
This is a great series of videos. I’m sure it’s a lot of effort, however a demo game of HA might be useful.
Noted! I will put something into the podvid about Morale and other HA rules.
What do you think about 20mm metal figures? What brand do you like? What do you think about Empress Miniatures figures?

@@fightyourownbattles797 Can you respond with the links or websites of the various 3D printers that do 20mm figures, guns, tanks etc.
Just finding this and was wondering if the game is still available. The address for the download page seems to not be working.

Sounds exactly like the guitarist Rick Graham. Hmmmmm.
Hi Spacemutha. Sorry to appear to be a twit but - who is Rick Graham? If he's a WW2 wargamer, perhaps I should know
Where i can get This models?
