They apparently had transformer issues and have to rebuild all the amps. I'm still waiting for mine, but yours is most likely covered by warranty. This is a known problem.

I really can’t figure out why Bad Cat aren’t properly selling this to us with some decent demos? A few seconds run through on a couple of IR’s that sound exactly the same? Come on guys, please do a decent 20 min vlog of just playing, or lend some out to guitar review channels

FTR: my Paw replaced a Roland JC-22 which way way too loud and sounded real boxy
