I've done this now for two weeks and I've lost 2 kilos and my body is more tone, i love this routine since it fits in my schedule and its easy to follow up

Funny fact: I was doing this workout but I had to stop to watch my cat paying LOTS of attention to the video, he really loved it.

Does anyone think that this one's quite fast to follow up?
I don't think so,but then again I've been doing yoga for...what..about a little over a half a year I think,don't worry,you'll get the hang of it,I promise:)

Waaaay too fast. We need time to get into the poses correctly, and holding them is what gives a benefit, not swiftly moving through them like this. It would be a really great sequence if spread over twice the time this video takes.
What a workout. Playing back the video at half speed helps greatly!

If you search "Tara Stiles (body part)" you can usually find several videos focused on that part. She has a great video for butts actually, on her channel. Or if you try "livestrongwoman (body part)" you can find loads more. Probably.
This video sucks, extremely rushed to follow even if you´ve been practicing for a while
ok i tried this for the first time it’s just so sad bc i always feel i struggle with my limbs especially my legs when lifting them. i feel like they r always doing the most work rather than my waist or stomach area. so i just don’t feel any progress rather than worn out arms and legs :( i’m just an average weight for my age and i’m guessing i must not be very strong 😂😂
ok i think ur assuming everyone is at your level, coz u r going wayyyy too fast, literally zooming through it as if ur late for another appointment. pleeeaaase remake this one keeping us flabby real women in mind. thanks. :)
If you can hold those poses for much longer than she does then well done you!! (i.e. i think that's why it's so quick ;) )
she does it quick so that the video isn't SUPER long.
i cant seem to stay on my butt when im holding my legs up like that, I feel like an egg I just roll backwards

Does anyone know what the pose done at 8:40 is called? It's the only pose I cannot get. Every time I try, I lose my balance and roll on to my back, it's so frustrating.

I started doing this video for my morning routine and it feels so good, it's not hard to do, the movements make you feel well stretched and ready for the day!

Hi Tara! I love doing your exercises. I was just wondering if you have an exercise of this sort, like "slim waist" but with an alternative for the abs. Thing is, I was operated on my coccix 3 times so I can't sit on my tush, hehe, are there any abs exercises for people with that condition? Thankss :))
