Silver Maple Log to Bowl With Curved Black Walnut Accents

I wanted to try and make curved accent lines in a bowl to see how it would turn out. It came out good, but a couple of the lines were not perfect. I know how to fix this for the next time I make a bowl like this. Also, I will leave it straight the next time I do glue ups. I was concerned it would be difficult to glue up the project with it being round, and I was right. I will be advancing this technique with smaller radius's and I will be making plates, platters, and so much more in the near future.
