I think you’re held back because there’s meant to be some continuity between our crafts. They didn’t spend 10 years making shit for just Rual 😂 I think we’ll get our contacts roughly the same time. So we should def be swapping and compare. Contextualizing the weird stuff will help us see the bigger picture and better vantage points to fight from .
There’s a Reddit post out there that shows the number of days each nalc contract took to be implemented. Our last 5 contracts the average number was pretty much a year (350 days). Every thing is on point so far.
We must not be making money that much. So that's why we piggyback on their planes, too. I'm so confused. We are a company that offers cheaper prices and here we are getting the cheap pay and we are overworked. Ptfs work 11 &a half plus hours a day. Some get off at midnight. And the postmaster says nothing. We are the most abused. The future of mail is drones. It's like they want us to quit. We have to do the most to see a decent check and all of that forced overtime is being eaten up by taxes its like working for free it sucks.

If they combine tables, would the step that your on in table 2 change to table 1 step pay? Ex. If I'm step F in table 2, would I go to table 1 step F pay? If so.... All for that!!
Don't forget UPS is getting that type of money.But just recently they're laying off 12,000 worker not 1200 yes 12,000 So what does that say to me?They knew this when they made the money deal.Which still is is a very bad thing

PLEASE STOP COMPARING TO UPS MANNN !!!! they went hard just to get laid off. Fuck that. We need jobs !!!! And to be honest 99% of people living aboveboard their means bc they dont have self control and discipline 🤷♀️ I hope usps can last for at least another 10 years. I hope! Ok Calm down there. I hate to tell you, but we are compared to UPS whether you like it or not. It even states that our wages must be comparable to them. And the layoffs are part time, Administrative and Manger positions. Not Carriers!
They did not lay off union workers. Reading (more than 1000 words) and not just reacting to headlines will help you greatly. Think for yourself, or maybe not. Come to think of it that might be more dangerous then you being controlled by bumper stickers and headlines.
Where does it state that usps must have comparable wages? I brought that up to my shop steward and he laughed. But remember that being said. I just cannot find it.
To be honest $36.20 an hour isn’t so bad to deliver mail. Of course I want $44 an hour but I’m thankful if we can get at least $40. We need to be grateful that we have a job that pays well with good benefits, pension and most importantly the job security.
Don't be so "grateful" that you lose sight of where we are. Look into cost of living, productivity and how they have not kept pace with rates of pay. Yeah you can be glad you have a job that keeps you slightly above poverty, if you want.

If I ever need extra money I can get on the Overtime list which most jobs don’t offer to their employees. I get 5 weeks vacation a year. I made $116k last year. If you need proof send me your email and I’ll send you a screen shot of it. Like I said I would love to get pay $44 an hour. But I’m not exactly poor. If you don’t like your job then quit. It’s simple as that.

Those were mostly (if not entirely) managers who were laid off.
Could they get rid of CCA before you make regular ? Would that affect me or just apply to another position?
After seeing how its ran. I do think they would be in negotiations with all 3 at once.
