Surprised at how polite the audience was. I was hoping frustrated folk would get loud. Unions a joke. Bureaucracy makes bank while folk actually doing the work get dissed.

make sure to call HR so you know your union anniversary date. and then send it out with in those 11 days to get out of union. ive been out for about 7 years now and still carrying mail.

Back pay for 2 COLAs and one annual raise we haven't received...so far

@dwaynedewyer7439 July 23 and January 24 COLA, November 23 annual raise...you are correct. July 24 is due soon, so the clock has started on that one now, but not much has accumulated on July 24 so far.
I’m so disgusted with the union, I’m disappointed in no pay raises/increases. Im aggravated with DeJoy in slowing the mail and package deliveries. I was so disappointed in our food drive in May. We had no food drive cards or bags that were readily available in previous years. Overall, I can’t wait to retire.
No federal or state agency, union or otherwise should be allowed to endorse any political party/person or fund it. Individuals and private companies/corporations are the only ones who should be allowed to.
