Thanks JD! Sorry for the late response I missed this one somehow. Yea I really love that WSM for hanging meat it always comes out good. My wife thinks it has too much of a smokey flavor sometimes but heck that is what BBQ sauce is for lol! I really appreciate all your support!
Nice cook GT. This is how I am rolling these days - ditch that water pan. Have that flavorful fat drip on those hot coals! Hanging ribs and chicken can't be beat! The versatility of the WSM is unbelievable. Best value out there.
Thanks David that WSM really is versatile. I barely got those sausages off before they fell apart and into the coals though lol. Checked them just in time and pulled them a bit early. Thanks for watching!
Thanks Kenneth I appreciate your support. Yea that apron actually came from a local company here in Wenatchee, WA. Couple of young whipper snappers like you lol. www.apronmen.com/
Excellent. I think i might do just this saturday. I have not smoked chicken ina while, and the wsm needs some love too. Also the apron was the best yet👍🏻👍🏻
Lol do it Lasse! Give that thing some love! Oh and the apron came from right here in little Wenatchee Washington. A couple young guys started it and they are becoming quite successful. Here is their website. www.apronmen.com/
Beautiful looking birds! I’m like you,,,,,,I love it when a plan comes together! Don’t you just love the “Fresh BBQ Air Freshener” aroma throughout the home! Thanks for sharing.
Awesome job Gary! The chickens got the perfect color and definitely fell apart when you cut into it. The cherry wood gives a awesome hint of flavor too. Great job mi Hermano! Cheers and keepbbqing
Man those birds turned out great Gary! I'm with you on the wsm and the gateway hanger. Makes ribs and chicken perfectly and honestly the wsm is a barrel.
Will y'all please thumbs up the deliciousness we are witnessing in this video with me. Come on now. :) (That chicken is NOT greasy ~ that is called goodness brother ~ :) )
WOW Gary! That was a superb cook bro! I could just smell and taste that chicken and sausage from here! I have hung ribs and pork chops on my WSM but not chicken… Yet! I think I’ll be doing that real soon! TFS! Peace, health, and happiness to you!😎✌️
Thanks Dave. Wow you went back in the vault lol. I was just telling my wife last night I wanted to use my WSM more. Yea I really like hanging food in it. The smoke from juice dripping on the coals is awesome. Appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment!
That chicken came out fantastic GT. Looks so good.
Thanks Johnny it was delicious! I think I liked the sausage more than the chicken lol! Appreciate your support!

Awesome job bro. I don't have the WSM but I do have the barrel cookers. Chicken always turns out amazing.
Thanks Scott yea I think it may be the best way to do chicken or ribs. Couldn't afford both but this little wsm gets er done.
Love adding the sausage to drip down on the coals along with the chicken juices.

Well said.
Some of the best chicken I make is off of my wsm meat hanger mod. aka Smokey and the Cajun Bandit. Nice job on the chicken..!
Yea Joe I'm using that thing more and more. Pretty much my go to for pulled pork and ribs.
Excellent. I think i might do just this saturday. I have not smoked chicken ina while, and the wsm needs some love too.

Great job - that chicken looks so good . Love my WSM with the gateway hanging system.
Thanks LT those were some good yard birds.
I already had two dinners tonight, now I’m hungry again, thanks Gary!
Thanks Chris. It’s not surf n turf but not bad lol.
Beautiful cook bud, not much difference between a drum and a smoky mt. Like the handgun rack attachment.
Thanks Lee and I agree. It can be a drum and much more.
Great Video, however I think you misspelled Smoked in the naming of this video.
Lol good catch my friend. I’ll get it fixed ASAP.
Awesome job Gary! The chickens got the perfect color and definitely fell apart when you cut into it. The cherry wood gives a awesome hint of flavor too. Great job mi Hermano! Cheers and keepbbqing

The only way I cook half chickens is hanging in my WSM over coals. Hint: Wait till you do this with turkey for Thanksgiving!
Great idea! Thanks and thanks for taking the time to watch!
