      Thanks JD! Sorry for the late response I missed this one somehow. Yea I really love that WSM for hanging meat it always comes out good. My wife thinks it has too much of a smokey flavor sometimes but heck that is what BBQ sauce is for lol! I really appreciate all your support!

    Nice cook GT. This is how I am rolling these days - ditch that water pan. Have that flavorful fat drip on those hot coals!
    Hanging ribs and chicken can't be beat! The versatility of the WSM is unbelievable. Best value out there.

    Love adding the sausage to drip down on the coals along with the chicken juices.

      Thanks David that WSM really is versatile. I barely got those sausages off before they fell apart and into the coals though lol. Checked them just in time and pulled them a bit early. Thanks for watching!

    Some of the best chicken I make is off of my wsm meat hanger mod. aka Smokey and the Cajun Bandit. Nice job on the chicken..!

    Excellent. I think i might do just this saturday. I have not smoked chicken ina while, and the wsm needs some love too.
    Also the apron was the best yet👍🏻👍🏻

    The only way I cook half chickens is hanging in my WSM over coals. Hint: Wait till you do this with turkey for Thanksgiving!

    I could just smell and taste that chicken and sausage from here!
    I have hung ribs and pork chops on my WSM but not chicken… Yet!
