    Smoked a couple chickens on the WSM 22" using 2 of my favorite rubs for poultry .the lemon pepper and chili lime.cook took 2 hours and the result was fantastic...enjoy🙏🏽

    Works fine without the pan as well, the WSM is a versatile cooker.

    The chicken looked just delicious. People say if you don’t add the water in the pan that you will get crispier chicken. And run it really hot. I have to try it I’m pretty new at smoking. I’ve only done a pork shoulder and ribs so far on my Weber smoky mountain.

    The best way to cook a chook in my opinion, I haven’t had a dry bird for many years since I been spatchcocking and smoking them

      Store bought ..forgot the name of the store I got it from but it's so good🔥🔥 ..now it's one of my favorite rubs on poultry💯💯

      chili lime is from Victoria Taylor's seasoning and lemon pepper is from kinders
