- Hope you enjoy this preview of Ares Island, right now this is close to final ver, still need to add more decoration to the island, and make the cyberspace stages
So right now this is like 75% completed
Frontiers was just released a month ago and there are already level mods for SRB2. Looking forward for more updates on SRB2 Frontiers!
Bro this was available since october hahaha before the game release but ye is really surprising to see how many frontiers fun stuff is already out there
1:03 it would be nice if you add these type paths in Kronos Island too! It's really curious and amazing if there are some puzzles on both islands! Also are you also doing the chaos island?
Kronos island have thay "hidden" Path for the white chaos emerald... My idea orogonally was thay you have to go through the enter, but the problem is that you can jump directly to there idk if change that could be nice or i should let it as how it is now..
Also puzzles, idk how to make it and even how to force you to do it for not be just something useless...
And about chaos island...
Right now no, in any update my focus is just, in a new island 3 more cyberspace levels and improve the island of the last release
But yes i have plan to make chaos island and rhea/ouranos (as a new kronos island area for the ending) as well i already have the main layout of those island and provably i would start working on chaos right after finishing ares island

Looks hella good, just the sand texture should be a bit more detailed imo, you can't see the slopes that well
Yes i know a more detailed and bigger resolution texture would really help, but the fun fact is that all textures im using are the game's default, i try to put custom one time and it just got bugged... Im still pretty amateur in map making so still have my own limitation... I expect to mske something at least solid and fun first, when its done i would try to push my limits more

Can you add a night time background for the chemical plant cyberspace stage and sky background for the sky sentury stage? It would looks cool if u add the cool backgrounds for the cyberspace stages, also nice work! I really love the mod ur creating!

La verdad, este mapa se ve más grande que el anterior xd, muy buen trabajo
En verdad el area general es del mismo tamaño, lo q utilizo el tamaño de mejor manera, ademas de q al ser todo mucho mas plano y tener menos elevacion pues da esa sensacion (cuando salga y veas la imagen de ambos mapas desde arriba entenderas mejor a q me refiero con q aproveche mejor el límite, si no me explique bien ahora...)

@@esquetmemes9244 muchas gracias, y la verdad es q no tengo ni idea de como puedo hacer para ponerle musica, ademas de q aparte del hecho de q hay 7 temas diferentes para cada isla en frontiers, tampoco se si se podria hacer q se cambie la musica en los niveles del ciberespacio, por q admitamoslo, no seria muy extraño correr por green hill o una autopista con la musica melancólica del desierto de ares island?
Aun asi intentare buscar alguna solución y si no supongo q se quedara sin musica hasta mas adelante cuando progrese mas

There is no music, i still didnt find the way to put custom music in srb2, so sorry for that...

Lastly i was too much busy with exams studying too much things, soon is summer so the final exams are really soon, also i have to work other days in the week, and also i was helping my family, my grandmother with house stuff, (cleaning, making food, buying it etc)
Right now about the mod
Ares Island surface got fully completed in march, i just need to do the 3 cyberspace levels to complete it, but this is literally make 3 more maps from scratch, i wanted some friends tl help me with that in free time, but they dont know too much about map msking in zone builder.
I though if release it early like that so, people would hsve the upgrades in kronos and ares to see it, (but im afraid that having ares without cyberspace would dissapoint people, and be bad for the mod reputation)
This is SRB2 2.2, not 2.0.
