When you are evading the law and trying to keep a low profile, most likely not a good idea to drive 72 in a 40 zone, but then again criminals don't use their brains most of the time.
Come on man.....that makes way too much sense.

what crime was committed?

a crime is when i violate another citizens rights.
so now these revenue collectors kill citizens yet cry wolf.

BLMorons, in general. Gotta be a genetic condition.
Had the justice system performed its job, no lives would have been lost. He should have been behind bars long ago.
I'm sure he has spent a lot of time in jail, just like many many people. You know what is stupid? jail just makes people worse, it has 0 rehabilitation, and 99% of the people eventually are released back into society. But, you know, not time to think about any of that, or ever change anything, what is the fight of the weak? Critical race theory?
The irony isn't lost on me, that a theory that helps to shed light on how things got to how they are in this country, is ignored and fought against, while we still havent fixed our criminal justice system or policing, to be able to change stuff, we'd have to educate ourselves on the topics, which I guess half the country isn't ready to deal with yet.

It's not so simple. This isn't a black and white issue. The guy was on parole, and broke it. He was a wanted fugitive and US Marshalls were looking for him. It was only a matter of time before the law was going to catch up to him.
Judges NEED to be prosecuted for official misconduct and complicity in cases like this.
So a judge made that retarded cop jump in a moving vehicle? A judge made that stupid pig shoot the guy that was driving the car? Did a judge also make him too dumb to understand what was going to happen next? Maybe a judge told him if he kills the drivers of cars that they will just drive themselves 🤷♂
You're right, this was definitely some judge's fault.....🙄
It'll never happen.
That would require the same corrupt people allowing this to happen to hold themselves accountable. It simply will not happen until we get a POTUS with enough balls to disband the FBI and create a new law enforcement agency whose sole purpose is to go after corrupt officials. Then there will be change.

Well somebody should have told this officer to not be a cop maybe he’s still be alive 🤣
What did his department do? Investigate themselves?
As a Retired Circuit judge for the Southern District of New York I have read so many comments here about judges going easy on crime etc. Long ago judges were given guidelines for sentencing on misdemeanors and felonies for first time offenders, And then they introduced mandatory minimum sentences for repeat offenders and crimes that were heinous and depraved. Later they took all that away and took the discretion away from the bench and issued sentences without discretion meaning if a defendant commits crime a then he shall be sentenced to the state presumptive sentencing. Meaning the judge no longer has any discretion in handing down sentencing. The duty of the judge would be to make sure that the trial was conducted fairly and pursuant to the rules of jurisprudence. With a tremendous amount of political pressure from the civil rights organizations, Sentencing Black defendants had to be done with a great deal of sensitivity. In my opinion that changed everything because it became a revolving door system and the black defendant knew it and feared nothing because they knew they would not be held until their trial date, and more than likely unless they had a warrant when they were arrested or they were on probation when they were arrested they would be a “good” candidate according to the rules for being released on their own recognizance. I cannot tell you how many people are laying in their graves right now because their life was taken by someone who was out on their own recognizance! Some of the most vicious , heartless and remorseless criminals running around at night committing every possible crime that you can imagine are 12 to 14 year-old children who are hardened by living in a single parent home and never having any discipline whatsoever. The music they listen to glorifies selling drugs or robbing stealing raping and all types of horrendous bloody crimes! The black population in America is between 9 and 11%. That nine and 11% estimate commit approximately 71% of felonies and misdemeanors! People drive by a federal or a state correctional institution, and they see out on the field A Sea of black men ! And some of the younger generation today immediately remark that this is horrible terrible racism and all of these people were wrongly convicted by racist police and prosecutors.
The United States of America has the most enviable and liberal justice system in the entire world! As soon as a person is arrested for a crime the first thing that happened is the government releases a large budget to defend that person from the charges he or she is about to be handed! At every corner at every turn the government supplies every possible means available to acquit the defendant! Other countries look at our system in disbelief! In nations like Iraq for instance, you are given a trial by prosecutors only! 85% of the time you will be found guilty. And your sentence will be carried out within 30 days if it is a death sentence! No appeals, no nothing.
Thank you for your service and I appreciate your eye opening explanation.
I felt in my thoughts that it had to be something going on
behind the scenes .
Leave it up to our trusty government and there liberal policies!
It’s also just like them to shed no light on the subject to make it look like judges and prosecutors were the problem .
And if you really think a little deeper they incentivize single parent homes so the problem actually is on a collision course from infancy .
Most care more about the check than they do about parenting!
So they dump em off on the grandparents to raise that have little control of a bad situation!
If any compassion, love and empathy is learned it’s taught by grandparents!
And being old myself I can tell you just feeding and caring for young people that go with the routine is hard !
Much less one that goes against the grain ,is overwhelming I’m sure .
Thanks Again

The states should each invoke a law where judges must be reviewed in front of a public board when crap like this happens. They should have mandatory ongoing education of some sort and be forced to reconcile with their decisions instead of hiding behind immunity...
Judges are cowards
1. I'm shocked, I tell you shocked that the usual suspect did this. 2. If the usual suspect would have lived he would have received a life sentence (at the worst) and would have been out on parole after 7 years.
The judge is said to have to deal with the worst illnesses for the rest of his life.
Condolences to the family of the officer killed in this incident.

The officer should have just let him go and they could have got him later. No point in being a hero. Now the officer is dead. All that training for nothing.

How the fuck would it of been unjustified?
Just wait, in a few years any justification of shootings will no longer be a thing and all police would be dead. All because of the growing idiots in this world
Departments need to consider creating a policy that jumping into a moving vehicle is only justified under extreme conditions. I've always seen this as a risk officer's take that simply isn't worth it.
Some people just want to be heroes.🤷♂️
El Toro, I agree with you, that's an unnecessary risk when you can go get in your car and pursue him.
A suspect running into their vehicle must be a crime

That's the other end of the bad training they receive.
Both their training on constitutional rights (1A 2A 4A and 5A) and their training on "tactical retreat" and De-escalation tactics for their own safety is subpar at best.
The state wants good order followers that don't mind trampling a citizens rights and disregarding their own safety when it actually matters.

We could fix the justice system, but we don’t have the guts to do it and the justice system we have needs repeat customers to stay in business.
That is the constant message I constantly employed but I was hollering we need to get hard on the judges, we need topper laws and more police crime is out of control,, they need a revolving door of candidates to keep the courts busy the jails filled up the cops busy the da is busy everybody that works in that courthouse needs to be busy and they do it with the same characters of revolving door,. If people were either a rehabilitated or be served their entire sentences. Then the criminals will learn and the law will be real.. it's well known in all county jails across the United States you will do one third of your conviction time meaning that they give you 6 months in county jail you'll do two months with good behavior or this and that or overcrowded early release this and that they think of a ton of ways for early release to get them out so they can come right back in
@@potcommitted5355 Inmates may think there’s an overcrowding problem… I do not think there’s an overcrowding problem.
Over crowding is real. In my county they do not prosecute citizens for specific petty crimes(example: possession of cannabis) because the jails have reached maximum capacity because of the rise in violent crimes. Examples: homicides, gun violence, exponential opioid crisis and fentanyl possession. Not saying you 100% wrong, but over crowing in certain jails is real.

I was thinking the same thing!!
Watch the local news feeds for crime reports, the national news just does narrative. They try to spin, but have to report the events, because at the start thats all they know. That sergeant should be fired for his failure to act.
What exactly would you have him do? Jump into the trunk? Open fire and kill them both? You want to punish cops for not diving head first into a speeding car? You people watch too many movies. Bullets. Don't. Stop. Cars. When a cop jumps in front of a car and kills the driver, and the car swerves/stops, he just killed a man who spent the last moments of his life avoiding hitting him. This is what happens when someone doesn't mind taking a cop with him. Cars don't just stop because you killed the driver. They aren't releasing a bunch of information, but it looks like they were both killed in the resulting crash, and not in the "dragging". Which I didn't see personally, but it's possible. I would like cops held to a higher standard, but that is not a higher standard, that is just stupid.
@@dishonoredundead did I say he should have done any of that? He obviously shouldn’t have taken a shot if he would have been in danger of hitting his partner.
