All you whiny babies complaining about Zakk never being serious in an interview obviously didn't watch it past 10 minutes.... This is one of the best interviews i've seen of him.
I have met Zakk twice now and on the 2nd time I told him I was in a band I play a homemade 18 string guitar which fix on my wheelchair and he was one of my biggest influences. Just saying that impressed Zakk to the point that he took one of those hats off his head and put in on mine and we chatted for ages. Zakk is a humbling guy and I’d love to jam with him one day

In my opinion every single song on No More Tears is a master piece and by far the best vocal performance Ozzy has ever done and my personal favorite Zakk riffs

I was just reading " Bringing Metal to the Children" for about the 5th time last night. It's fun, but it is not really an autobiography. It doesnt seriously cover his life and journey.
Dont get me wrong, it's an awesome fun book, but I think we could all benefit from a serious "autobiography".

I love Zakk! I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work and tour with Zakk and he’s as real as they come!! His bandmate / Manager Blasko is awesome as well. Those 2 of some of the hardest working men in the industry and have what very few others in the industry has, integrity!!

Ryan J. Downey Great Interview!! But Zakk didn’t really answer your question about Zakk Sabbath... I can fill you in on that... Zakk did a tour that I co-produced (with a fraudulent partner who is now serving time in a Federal Prison for his Fraud) called the Metal Allstars In Eastern Europe. I also had Blasko on the tour and despite all the nightmares going on behind the scenes with the ex-partner the tour was a blast (I’ve never laughed so hard as I did with that tour) and the shows were amazing. Zakk and Blasko had a blast performing the Sabbath songs together, and the crowds loved it so they created Zakk Sabbath!!!

SAWDUST I don’t think they will. Zakk is so busy with Oz, BLS, and the solo shows (like Generation Axe) that I don’t think he has the time. The costs associated with touring are astronomical these days so he would have to fund the tour out of his own pocket. A lot of promoters don’t care if an artist or band is good they just care about the number of seats they can pull, and that is tragic to me...

And remember if your acids are too strong it can burn your bottom and obviously it can get infected because of the waste so this can cause I’ve had a lot of problems if not traded and having to strong acids in your stomach can make you overweight as well because you’re gonna eat twice as much because you foods actually digesting too quickly where one meal should almost lost you the whole day I used to eat up to 4 meals a day but I was training but still I could probably cut that in half that’s a huge grocery power huge almost enough to feed a family

I've been a fan of Zakk's for almost 20 years now, he's one of my biggest influences.. and trust me when I say that I like to cut up and fuck around as much as the next guy (sometimes more).. but dude.. every interview Zakk does, it doesn't seem like he doesn't give a shit. It's almost a meme. I get the whole idea behind it man but damn I would love to hear his actual thoughts about the shit without it turning into some jerk fest.
He's just that lame, as a person.
About a stolen guitar.. whatever guitar you have make sure you take the neck off and put a obscure mark on it. Alot of ppl change pickups, pots, etc... but alot of times ppl dont take the neck off.

I think I would have asked him what he did to bulk up so much - whether he regretted it - and whether he could get back to his early 1990's physique if he really tried, since he's all about putting in the work.
I would also have asked him how his line of musical instruments are selling since "signature" guitars are a pretty niche market. I love the bulls eye guitar and all that, but I would never buy one.
I’d say he’s pretty close in 2023/2024.

Hey you know what causes a lot of people problems like with weight I’m fairly fit but if I stop training I really put it on one stage I was taking a lot of amino acids a lot because I train so hard that so to keep performing at a peak amino acids and boy did I get it happening for too long your body can suffer exhaustion and your acid in your stomach can get too strong so when you go it will burn because we have acids you know I thought we had fire that’s not the case it doesn’t work like a Steam engine but no we have acid there’s no fire I know it’s weird so antacids not give us gone on my Lanter antacid tablets where would you use your assets so they’re not as strong drinking a lot and smoking can cause your assets to get too strong

Also, for the question of the solos... He doesn't seem to remember what Ozzy told him when he was 19 and new, about how to write a solo.
He followed that good advice for a long time but seems to have forgotten it in past ten years.

And also he got a love the ESP pick ups I’m doing up LTD with the forest shape I call it kinda looks like the forest it’s got a longhorn I had to buy a case for it and God it was hard to find because of that Top Horn it’s extra long and Case fits I got one wasn’t cheap but that’s got ESP pick ups no active naturally aspirated gotta get some fretboard work done at the moment and getting a polished a little Nick fixed just a neck though but why they’re there it’ll be like new it’s a neck through if it wasn’t I probably would’ve painted it myself I’ve got some good equipment anyhow love the ESP Pick ups further non-active like I’m naturally aspirated V12 🔥🧯🔌🎸🪓⚡️🌪👍
