Bushnell .22 Rimfire 4X Scope on a Ruger 10/22

I have this scope, it has rings for a 3/8" dovetail, not a weaver rail. it's a good little cheap scope for a 22.

I just bought this scope and I am a complete noob to rifle scopes. How do I adjust the up and down? Please help. Thanks.
