I don't know why anyone is disliking this video. Is it a British? The info is clear, concise and organised. I love the on screen clicks to more detailed explanations. I'll be subscribing now. Keep it up.
Your material prices seem a bit cheap. My Boxster 3.2s uses the best part of 80 quids worth of Mobile 1 as recommended oil. Do you use a cheaper alternative? I also seem to pay a lot more for all my filters. Your thoughts please.
Hi Kevin. You are correct that oil for a Boxster will cost over £80. Even though the car shown is a Boxster this guide is an introduction for any car so the costs and service intervals are generic and intended for an average family car. I think I say this in the episode? I usually buy from Euro Car Parts. A Boxster 986 air filter is currently £11.99 with their offer.
350 for break pads and 180 for oil,oil filter change? Dude in the UK they are robing you. My latest service bill for vw Mk5 10w40 synthetic 40 euros Oil filter 20 euros Break pads 40 euros Cabin filter 15 euros Break fluid , radiator coolant 25 euros And about 70 labor
Road and Race yes he is. Considering he gave up over and hour to talk to us about our channel without much notice, I would say so. He had good things to say about you and the fact that you have a P car too, that’s cool. Heidi
+toshibavoodoo Disappointinly 12,000 miles is the interval stated in the Porsche handbook. Check out my Buyers Guide video where I discuss the reality of changing it more frequently.
You're a legend lol I'm a pretty new driver and never really knew much about cars in the first place but thanks to you I'm gonna save a lot of money!
Brilliant! No nonsense approach. Highly appreciated 😊
