    I'm impressed, most people don't take the time to deinterlace, it looks really good. What method did you use, Handbrake or VirtualDub2?

    • @brandoncameracollection
      @brandoncameracollection  Рік тому +2

      I used the clearclick video 2 digital 2.0 it keeps the video deinterlaced

      @@brandoncameracollection An iPhone 14 Pro will give you more accurate colours and far better video Qaulity, amazing how tech has got better and smaller and a small one chip smartphone sensor can give you more accurate colours than a Professional 3 chip camcorder.

    Cool review, just what I was looking for, I wonder why the trv900 goes for so much when we have the 950!

    • @brandoncameracollection
      @brandoncameracollection  2 роки тому +2

      I think because the trv900 footage looks more like the vx1000 so I think skaters hold a nostalgia with it.

    How do you apply those filters, or was that something done in post ??

    • @brandoncameracollection
      @brandoncameracollection  2 роки тому +1

      So the filters in the test footage is actually built into the camera. So you can actually go into the camera menu and choose them

    Hello! I have this camera but am unable to find the cord to connect the camera to my laptop to offload the footage. Do you know what type of cord I should look up / it's exact name?

      Well you can’t do it from just a cable like modern cameras but there is a device you can use to capture the footage I’ll leave a few below.
      ClearClick video 2 digital 2.0: amzn.to/3WBg4bI
      Clearclick video 2 digital 3.0: amzn.to/3XO8ifG
      DIGITNOW USB 2.0 Video Capture Card: amzn.to/3wlw2fA

    SONY Corporation was/is really ahead and inventive in their camcorder, walkman and electronic products. There's a book I'm reading called; SONY A LIFE by author John Lathan. - James D Watkins, artistic director of PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS.

    Out of all the ones that you reviewed which one is the best for the price ? I wanna do gym blogs/ workout vids. Hope you can help me!

    • @brandoncameracollection
      @brandoncameracollection  2 роки тому +1

      Well that all depends on how good of quality you you want your videos. The trv950 has really good quality and it’s not as popular as the older trv900. So you will most likely find one that is in pretty decent shape. Another one that is really good for the price is the canon gl2. It’s more of a prosumer model so it’s a little bigger but the video quality looks great on it.

    Hey Brandon hav you ever tried a lanc controller zoom rocker, i hear they have much better sensitivity, i love the outputs that the camera has sony did really good there, my panasonic gs 500 has only a 5 pin rca cable and an mic/lanc input, and the firewire port is by the screen which is anoying becouse i use an focus firestore instead of tapes. Great vid btw!
