I got one of these a while ago and didn’t wanna spend money on it. But stock form just doing that rear shock position mod and leaving the fronts where they are in stock form works best. I also do a spring mod all around the vehicle where I roll the spring over the bottom shock collar about 2 full coils just to lower the overall ride height and it makes a world of a difference for lower center of gravity for that extra performance 👍🏻 Then next best thing is to just spend that weekend food money on buying some weighted brass wheels and diff covers and better tires for sure. And oil filled shocks 39mm is a perfect sweet spot for the scx24’s. Cheers my dudes 🍻
Appreciate the straight forward comparison. Definitely made a difference, albeit small difference but most apparent in the side hill example. The adjustment allows the ol bronco to flex a tiny bit more before getting as angles as stock. The adjusted shocks as expected should reduce vertical climbing ability as well (maybe cause the rear can compress easier?) which seemed apparent too. I am wresting with my next move, better stock lengths shocks or double barrel 43mm shocks. Have you changed yours out yet? Any other modes at this point?

Yeah the little guys are pretty cheap to upgrade. At least comparatively.
