- My first experience and 3D environment, made with Unreal Engine 5.1. Decided to re-create environment in the style of The Last of Us game and TV serial from HBO. Thanks!
If you're new to Unreal Engine 5, or if you're a fan of The Last of Us, this speed art is for you! I'll show you how I created my first scene using the new Unreal Engine 5 tools, and it'll be a blast (or I hope so)!

Wow, I didn't expect to get all this views! Thank you, guys! I'll try to create new videos and content for you, in my free time. 😘
with tutorial please :)
You kidding me how did you need expect this to not go viral everything from the thumbnail to content quality is nice it got suggest by youtube to me. I always had a vision of a horror outdoor first person environment to create but I was unable to do it maybe if I give you the idea you can create the environment that I have on my mind @UnrealCreator
lets go create
How long did this take?
@@jadeendraws probably a few days mate
Very atmospheric scene. Good job!
the scene alone looks like a complete game. great job
@@super_morto you know exactly what I mean
7:52 cracked me up 😂 great edit, love the design, awesome work 🍻
😅
Hey. I just want to say this is absolutely amazing, I just started learning Unreal Engine and I really hope to get to a point where i can do amazing things like this. Keep it up!!
hows your journey coming along
Very cinematic, the general feeling is really great in your landscape view, I felt like I wanted to explore it. But some police cars abandonned near the river, looking like there were involved in an accident but with no roads around, etc.... that didn't make sense storywise, so my bit of constructive criticism would be to make any scene tell a clear story where you could imagine what happened even if it was 20 years ago. They really did a great job at that in the game where I could really imagine what people were doing before abandoning things, like the abandoned luggage on the bed with clothes half crammed into them or the room with the prom banners with the dressed tables and then this blood trail like a body was dragged... Always a realistic story to make up in your mind. Here my mind started spinning a little: Cars? What are the police doing on a river bank in the middle of nowhere ? Why are they damaged like that rather than just abandoned ? etc... I think otherwise without the cars I would have fully immersed in that beautiful world you created :) I really really like it ! Ellie making a drum fire, I can see it happen. It's really nice and the light is wow. Oh the fire looks fake but thats not on you, it's a bit annoying in games in general and I'm still waiting for the perfect simulation after all those year of gaming :P Maybe you can try make the fire deeper inside the drum ? Anyway, if I spent so much time writing this comment it's because I really enjoyed your work and I want you to make more and immerse me deeper into it haha ok I'm stopping now have a nice day and thanks for the share!! Subscribing now!
thanks for the detailed feedback!
@@UnrealCreator hehe I'll shut up on the next one :p
w comment
You spoke very well. You gave the creator fair and respectful feedback while also appreciating his work and admiring his art. This is a very beautiful comment. This is what real criticism looks like. I felt nothing negative about this. Good job. If only movie and game critics were like you we’d have better critics globally.
@@KrizzyBlakc Thanks! I noticed that when I was playing and composing music, the people that helped me the most to get better had constructive criticisim to offer that I used to improve my delivery and the engagement of the public with my music. All the others that told me "it was great" all the time were nice of course, who doesn't like to hear that! they helped with my confidence for sure but they didn't help improving with my art much ... the good critics did and the good critics love what you do and they want to help you become even better and more successful with your passion :)
Bro, this is a masterpiece! I've been harboring the idea of doing something in the same atmosphere for a very long time, but I've always put it off. Your work motivated me to start it after all
just noticed it has been exactly a year since you posted this. great job!!
i saw this up on reddit the other day, thanks for upload. nice result
Great job! Ive been learning quixel for this exact reason, I just want to make these mood scenes with no strings attached.
Wow
Дуже круто!!! Атмосфера те що треба. Аж самому захотілося спробувати попрацювати в 3д 🙃 Як завжди надихаюче 💙💛
Thank you so much for this video. It shows to everyone that yea it seems simple, as watching an extremly talented drawer draw a photorealistic portrait. But even if the technic of positionning items is important. The most important is what you have in your head, the experience, the vision, the constraint, you go directly to the point for your lighting because you know what you are doing. The hard part isn't to put an atmospheric fog and change the value, the hard part is to know what the value should be considering everything else that is in the scene. You are extremly good and thank you for showing us your process
Its awesome to see this! You got a great artistic talent to see this all the way thru!
Thank you! Cheers!
I am a blender user and I want to learn Unreal engine 🥺🥺 but i have low end pc like i5 3rd gen with gt 730 gpu... Will unreal engine run in this specs 🥺🥺🥺 help
The composition and the mood inspired me a lot!! Subscribed🥰
Solid work man, keep it up, beautiful scene
Building the scene, around the character? I 've never gone that direction, before. I usually start at the landscape sequence, and build up from there, and then build my objects, and foliage. This is really well done. We're you using Brushify ? for any of the painting? Also adding THE FLUID FLUX system, would add much to your water effects. I use a lot of weather effects, from rain, to snow, and blizzards. It completely changes the scene dynamics. Rain water shooting out of pipes, on the building? Again, well done.
7:53 thats where battle begins🥲
When I saw the video thumbnails... I said this looks like a great game, let me take a look at it, then
Wow... fabulous work,
I thought it was a THE LAST OF US
Wow this looks amazing! Could be a scene from the game, I want to walk around in it :-) You're super talented, keep going, I'd love to see more videos like this. Aside from TLOU, could you try Tomb Raider or A Plague Tale?
Thanks! Yea!
how long have you been studying unreal engine ?
No one answered
@@Mubashar783I did
@@AkuraFR oh really???
make it sure
you told the truth
So? How long?
Beautiful work buddy, keep going and don't stop.
Thanks!!!
bro i need video in slow not too much fast , your work is highly appreciable
That's great. I'd probably slow down the speed of the flames🔥 a little bit. I think the fire is a bit out of the overall atmosphere and pace. But I really liked it. 😎
annnnd I've not got an insane level of respoct for video game designers and creators. Amazing job!
Thank you! 😊
Great work and cracking music!
This was really great!!!!! Thanks for sharing and i hope you'll keep doing this if you feel like doing it!
That environment looks unreal bro
If that's your first environment, then I'm fuckin Santa Claus.
Спочатку побачив знайоме лице, але потім дойшло чий це канал. Nice work!
Ахаха, так само
Unreal work my friend 🤝
Thank you 🙌
Wow a lot of work there !! 👍👍
Sadly i never cared for Unreal Engine even didn't know what exactly this program is useful for. Wow, this is simply too good. Everything is possible. Amazing results.
What can you create when you're able to handle it perfectly? It looks so beautiful and realistic. Super.
It's a game engine used for making video games.
@@smallfingers809 Right. I wish i had take a look much earlier. I never thought
Unreal Engine is so good.
From one artist to another. Good job!
So amazing scene, could you make more ,i love these
Op bro ,
Just keep doing it.,
only in 9 mins thats soo good
This is amazing!! Would love to recreate this. Do you create tutorials and/or are there any courses you'd recommend where we can create such scenarios?
Amazing 😍
amazing work. loved it
This is amazing! I was impressed about how much details it has and how after the render it becomes so real. Also I want to know if someone have any recommendations of courses about Unreal Modeling?
I think you should get a good understanding of Unreal Engine itself before diving into specific concepts
wow~ nice!
It's just the fire that looks off, other than that It looks really great!
i don't know why, but this... made me cry... i really don't know, the atmosphere, the songs you picked for this video, just seeing someone making art... IDK.
every new project starts from mountains
true xD
Super cool, I have a new Pc arriving next week and will be trying out UE5, it is just so cool. Well done great vid buddy.
Wow, congrats on new PC. 👍
Looks awesome!

Its so good. Ilike your videos
Thank you so much 😀
would be cool if you linked all the stuff you used in this project, for example unreal marketplace stuff. also supports the creators that made the assets
great work!!!
Awesome work of art, i love how you recorded your work with timelines.. as a new user/creator for UE5 i learned alot of things on this video.. If you dont mind me asking, how long did it took you to finish this?
I didnt count , sorry :D
@@UnrealCreator just an estimate of how many hours? Or days
@@hud-saints5659 let's say... yea, 3-4 days, for sue.
@@UnrealCreator Thank you..
Top job! Well done.
God Dam... Мазня reached the new high level!

I have to say it is an incredible scene. Did you make the fire your own? I am currently dealing with a project needs fire in it, so I wonder how can I get such realistic fire asset?🎉🎉🎉
😱 Good idea Your video Cinematic

Awesome work !
Very nice
cool... what is your PC spec?
great job, thanks for making this video!
Glad you liked it!
Good job,great art
Can you please share your pc configuration(I'm curious to know about the Backend beasttt also )
That's a pretty lengthy process that will all be completely done by prompting in minutes in the near future. Art will not be needed, only the vision and direction. AI is about to make game worlds so fast, that developers are going to be split into way smaller teams. Just like bands are recording albums in their parents basements that rival expensive studios of 20 years ago, games of the highest quality build, are going to be made the same way soon.
Can't deny that view though..
amazing work sir ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much 😀
Amazing work👍 Unreal Engine interface looks like Blender, maybe learning this software little bit easy for Blender users
Amazing job
I have an nvidia rtx 3070 is it enough to do something like this in unreal engine 5?
I love how AI and CHAT bots will be able to do this by next year in seconds, what took a dedicated human hours.
vray nice
exelent!
Nice work
how many years did it took you to grasp the technique and learn the full software?
nice, add some birds~
great
Perfection!!! I hope you make a video tutorial!
damn naughty dog should hire this guy 🤩🤩🤩
Very nice! What's that water plane you used?
It's from Unreal Sensei, from the basic course on UE5.
@@BolharovRoman Hello u have the link for the Basic course
Great job...
PLEASE!
Can you tell me how to add that ellie model into unreal engine?
I found the model but i cant understand how to add it to unreal😭😭
First thing is saw was flickering on the left side...
Супер, прям зарядил мотивацией🔥
Тоже хочу попробовать 3Д но пока изучаю AE после 2-х лет в Премьере..
El modelo de las antenas lo hiciste vos en blender?
Is this the first time ever you have touched UE (or any other engine or 3d software)? Or you had some experience gained earlier in UE4 or sth?
nice work ~
Hi Sir, can you make a MechCommander 2 using Unreal Engine.. Desert Area just like Deserts of Kharak HomeWorld but MechCommander 2 game with small mechs on the ground.. some firing missile, just a frozen time.. thank you Sir,..
