Just squeezing could be also Tensionarm. But maybe Start first with just changing belt.
Hi Roland, thank you for your vid…. At 15:00, why do you glue the flywheel?? Any reason for that??
Often the fan from the flywheel is bent from heat. Then it touches the frame and makes noise. So I glue it back on to avoid this problem.

Great video. What sort of glue would you use if you had to glue the magnets back on? Would Araldite -2 part epoxy work?.
Yes Araldite is perfect.
Yes Araldite will last forever.
Hi Roland, I have the same model of tacx. I opened both sides of the case because it seemed to me to be making a strange noise. After I put it back together I noticed that some of the magnets were stuck. What can I do?

I just bought 1 of these used and not sure if its faulty or not, seems really hard to pedal even on descents and the power seems to be alot lower than what it should be. The hub is hard to turn around by hand, is this normal for this model and can anything be done to fix it ?

Ich habe einen gebrauchten t2900 erworben, leider war kein Magnet mehr verklebt und es fehlen sogar welche. Ein Magnet ist flacher als die übrigen mit 5 mm Höhe. Kann das sein oder hat der Vorbesitzer versucht etwas zu "reparieren"? Wenn ich neue 5 mm starke Magnete einsetze, schleift der letzte (in Drehrichtung) an der Alu-Scheibe.

Bei mir ist auf der Platine ein Widerstand durchgebrannt. Das war aber nur die Folge, nicht aber die Ursache. Hättest du eine Idee wo ich eine neue Platine her bekommen?

Also wenn es ein Flux T2900 ist oder du 20x5 mm Ferrit Magnete suchst die gibts auf Amazon oder AliExpress. Ich hätte auch noch welche.
Is this problem with flywheel still occurs i mean flux s t2900s , because im really interested this bike trainer ?
The S is more reliable then the T2900. But if you buy one don’t worry they are easy to repair.

Ich würde für einen Tacx FLUX 2 Smart eine neue Schwungscheibe benötigen => weißt du zufällig wo ich eine bekommen könnte?

Schwungscheibe? Die große aus Aluminium? Wenn die defekt ist sende ein Video zu Garmin. Mit der Begründung das das nur ein Produktionsfehler sein kann. Wennst Glück hast senden sie dir Ersatz auch ohne Garantie.

Hallo Roland, ich würde gerne die Reparatur ausprobieren. Kann man auch so einen Spannhebel aus Alu irgendwo kaufen? Hast du eine Zeichnung von diesem Tool , wollte selber eins bauen, Gruß
Also ja habe ich, habe zuerst die Teile aus Aluminium gefräst. Bin aber dann auf die Reparatur mit Kaltmetal umgestiegen da das leichter für jeden durchführbar ist. Die Flux mit dem reparierten Spannarm laufen mittlerweile auch schon 1-2 Jahre ohne Probleme. Im der Tacx Flux Gruppe im Ordner Dateien findest einen 3d file zum Downloaden.

Araldite oder Superkleber. Araldite oder ein anderer 2K Kleber funktionieren Top. Kleben und über Nacht mit etwas Gewicht beschweren.

Don’t use Beltspray better to mount a new one.

Ja, habe Sekundenkleber verwendet. Araldite 2k geht auch.
Can some one help me, the mag strip had one long screw that bent it. Whilst it was my fault I did check before putting screws in. However on removing the case to see what had happened 7 of my magnets FELL out, the glue had become crispy and they detached. Can anyone give me the POLE order of the magnets as I only have ONE that is original and correct. I have determined the pole of the 3rd magnet using a magnetic compass as N. I assume they are arranged [N]-[S]-[N*]-[S]-[N]-[S]-[N]-[S]. (from top) The only correct one I have is the N*. if you have a trainer disassembled please let me know your magnet order (use a secondary magnet to check or magnetic compass (like poles repell so North pole on compass will move away from north pole on magnet)). The correct magnet is third one from top, if the trainer was standing on the floor, below 2nd screw, going anti clockwise toward the rear leg.

Welchen Flux hast du? 20x5mm Magnete hätte ich. Superkluger reicht oder Araldite.
