- The ink ain’t even dry in 2024 and I already see what we on this year … I’m declaring 2024 the year of beef. It ain’t me season. It’s beef season.

Katt opened up the chopper. Once he aired folks out, it seemed like everybody else just took the baton. Aaron Rodgers, Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen A. Smith, this guy who represents a conservative media outlet that sounds like a strand of weed.
And fuck it I’m bothered because sh*t if beef is what we doing in 2024 I don’t have any. Well, I do. But I ain’t gonna get into that right now.
Let me focus on the ESPN beefs because as many of you know … I worked there for 12 years and I have seen some of the best beefs go down … I’ve been involved in a few beefs myself … so I can perfectly speak to how beef works in that place.

SAS scored 1.5 and only played one game of college basketball, how is that possible?

Aaron Rodgers has been struggling to remain relevant for several years now. He hasn’t won a playoff game in years. Hasn’t discussed football for a meaningful length of time in months. He’s an aging, washed up has-been of a QB that’s in his feelings because he was held accountable by the public (though not the NFL) for lying about his vaccination status. As a Packer fan, good riddance to bad rubbish.
He's following Jay Cutler. Watch, he's gonna end up just like Curt Schilling, someone who had a great career but but ended up just another Trumpian speaking nonsensical gibberish.

Classic, Jemele Hill is a boss.
Of my many beefs, this one involves someone you may have heard of: it was sixth grade and my first serious crush. Granted, I was a bit pudgy and she was the most popular girl in our class. She liked one of my best friends, George Baker. But, she wouldn’t give me the time of day.
Seventh grade, now we’re in junior high school, and I still have a crush on her. We were bussed from the Hollywood Hills to our school down in flatland Hollywood. Twice a day we were on a school bus for 30 minutes each way. I did everything to get her attention on the bus. There were only about 12 hill kids on the bus but she was cold blooded towards me.
Strangely, she danced with me at a 7th grade dance in the boys gym one day. It was the classic girls on one side of the gym and boys on the other side. But I gave it a shot and got a dance. Yet, that afternoon on the bus ride home, the cold ignore was back in force.
She went on to become an actress and musician, and later on settled for marrying some sitcom star named Tom Hanks.
So here’s to you Rita Wilson. Did I blow it by singing Lovely Rita Meter Maid on the school bus too often, knowing how much it annoyed you?

Listen, in my opinion, SAS and Whitlock, is like trying to decide whether to have herpes or syphilis. SAS is not down with black culture. When you hang with Sean Hannity, you fall in alignment with Whitlock. I don’t care how many HCBU jackets this con man wears, he is what he is. Was Whitlock throwing shade at SAS? Yes but it doesn’t make his questioning invalid. If I had choose between SAS and Whitlock, my choice will be neither.
