    I used to make this quite a bit (clearly not as fantastic and detailed as yours) but had to stop because of gas problems; soya and I don't work, but oh how I love a soya chunks stew.

      Try it again, but not too often

      What I do is rehydrate the soya chunks and then squeeze out all the water. Then add cold water and squeeze that out again. Then use them to cook. This might help your gas problem.
