I hate to be the bearer of bad news but is this really vegan? I ask because you used Worcestershire sauce in seasoning the soya chunks and one of the ingredients in Worcestershire sauce is anchovies.
@@kay-vs6vt I know that you can get vegan versions of Worcestershire sauce at health food stores; I just wanted to know whether the content creator was aware of anchovies as an ingredient as well as informing well meaning people who may prepare this for friends that “off the shelf” Worcestershire sauce may not be vegan.

Its nice to add ketchup and coconut cream and cook it down for a good while to let it soak all flavours
I do make this for my daughter i rinse it with a little lime and add coconut milk also

Just substitute soy sauce or vegan stir fry sauce👍🏽
