When I started training I would get offers to pee for wrestlers. $200-300 for clean. Piss in a condom the day of the test. The wissinador worked brother. I couldn't believe people asking for pee.
Hey Stevie. I remember the wellness policy days, and the fact that they never once popped Benoit or Hunter tells me all I ever needed to know about it. That being said, I totally agree with you. (It amazes me how often I say that...) PEDs in wrestling should be treated the same as breast enhancements for the girls. It's a resume enhancer, that's it and that's all. Heavy drugs, heroin etc, sure, test for them. If you want to, pay for the talent to get rehab. But steroids, it's just the look, and I can guarantee you the rock isn't getting tested anytime soon, and his pee would melt the cup. Excellent show, as always. Be good bro.
I understand why interviewers and reporters continually ask these questions. But people need to understand that it's a dick move! What are effectively asking them is to admit to criminal activity. (Not that it's always criminal, but in many cases it is). On the other hand, no one ever got sent to jail for lying to a reporter 😂
If Brock was tested positive for Clomid and nothing else then it sounds like he was tested during his pct (post cycle therapy) as esteogen needs to be kept under control while testosterone levels drop
Not every talent got tested the way Stevie did. In fact, he probably got tested so often because they *knew* he was going to pass. They tested 10-20 talent weekly, and some that management knew were less likely to pass were tested way less. Remember the policy wasn't mandated, it was put in effect by WWE. They have a vested interest in covering their own ass (like any other company), so they helped their testing quota with "good eggs."
Yep. I chalk it up to PR. They can come out and say we've done 200 drug tests this year... But 104 of those were Stevie and Doring, then found a couple other guys who didn't do anything and tested them weekly.
I gave every comment a thumb up, except this one. I am the first to do so, what an awesome accomplishment, nobody ever did that before. I'm really proud of myself now.

Pro sports is acting as well. Its all scripted. We are not gonna continue to believe it isnt. Just look at the NFL story lines. Mahomes, Taylor Swift Kelcey pfizer guy.
People like to say this to absolve themselves for enabling it. If you have to kill yourself with PEDs to compete for something, then it is a problem. People are always in competition, whether it's organized sports or not.
Employer's can use random tests as a way to get rid of employees. I remember working in an office with a guy who barely did anything and distracted everyone around him. The company followed every procedure that they could think of to find a reason to get rid of him. He technically didn't break any rules. They finally made him take a "random" test and he tested positive for marijuana. I have worked for that company for a long time and have never heard of anyone else being "randomly" tested.

That's how it goes for good construction crews also I have seen in the past.
@@cmbells7736Construction crews....?
Normal people working a job are being drug tested where u live?
what
@@LiftandCoa yes, especially if you work government contracts. Not for steroids but other substances.
Look at Randy Orton fails 2 drug tests then he gets his 3 strikes reset after he re signs a new contract so
Woo first to Stevie! Love your channel, man!
I gave every comment a thumb up, except this one. I am the first to do so, what an awesome accomplishment, nobody ever did that before. I'm really proud of myself now.
1:20 The Rock.
I don’t care if wrestlers use roids let’s be honest most are anyway
Dr Stevie! 😂😂😂
They popped Riddle for cocaine I think.
Well I jumped the gun on this comment, eh? lol
How is this a show and not just a podcast?
Hint; you just wrote that comment on a video streaming platform. Not a podcast platform. You're welcome :)
If you watch the show then there is the more podcast format shows and then also the video based format where stevies techie side comes out with a fancy video breakdown that need the visual elements
Is it just ne, or do these two look heavily filtered/ applied make-up before filming?
I hope someone from the Federal Government ain't listening to this episode.
Drugs test or drug test?!?!
They need to heal from those spots so after 36 pretty understandable other than the risks to adrenals etc but post mid thirties they should be wrapping up if industry paid them ethically. Orton/Rhodes has to make 14-20 annually so somebody mid might make 4-6 mill total and buy a bond for pension. They pay them in steroids though so theyre hooked lifer attention addicts.
Is it just me, or do these two look heavily filtered/ applied make-up before filming?
Your body is just clothes. The flesh vs soul. Think about it

PEDs in wrestling and acting isn't that big of a deal; it's fantasy. Pro sports is a different thing altogether.
Indeed
Pro sports is acting as well. Its all scripted. We are not gonna continue to believe it isnt. Just look at the NFL story lines. Mahomes, Taylor Swift Kelcey pfizer guy.
@@ivanvalentin3898 you're not wrong
People like to say this to absolve themselves for enabling it. If you have to kill yourself with PEDs to compete for something, then it is a problem. People are always in competition, whether it's organized sports or not.
Wrestling is competitive too. Just not the one presented in the ring.
In Hollywood, it's the good ole chicken and rice diet

Employer's can use random tests as a way to get rid of employees. I remember working in an office with a guy who barely did anything and distracted everyone around him. The company followed every procedure that they could think of to find a reason to get rid of him. He technically didn't break any rules. They finally made him take a "random" test and he tested positive for marijuana. I have worked for that company for a long time and have never heard of anyone else being "randomly" tested.
Your company definitely sounds shady AF!
Bro all you do is complain wtf
I don't get the steroid stigma for wrestling. It's just putting on muscle for an acting role.
Wrestling was better back when they weren't testing people for gear.
But equally, people were dying a hell of a lot younger when they were on the gear.
@@JamesS805statistically steroid users live longer lives lol. Google it.
Steroid users usually eat healthier & lead more active lifestyles than the average person hence the longevity difference.
