I think the reason Regal and Davey didnt get the title was because of there very well known problems with Drugs...that being said, Regal is probably one of the greatest heels in the history of the business and should have had at least 1 world title run
Let's be honest they never avoided a world title they just wernt picked by vince at the time to be good enough as a world champion..vince put the world title on who he liked and thought could be a credible champion..sad as dusty,piper,davey,razor and owen would of looked damm good with world title gold round their waist.
