When the 'Handshake' gambit is countered by the 'I Actually Didn't Notice' gambit the 'I Really Meant to Run My Fingers Through My Hair' gambit is a high-risk low-reward move.
I would say that going the low-risk 'Silently Drop Handshake' gambit or the very-high risk 'Ahem' gambit is a better move. I he'd gone for either of those two I doubt he'd be in this compilation.

Had a match where the girl I was playing was missing a hand, and the other was unable to manipulate the pieces with any degree of accuracy, so I agreed to move the pieces for her as she called out rather than forcing her to waste clock time attempting to do it herself. After she won I went for the handshake and felt really terrible about it, but she wasn't remotely phased by it. In the semi finals her opponent was adamant about trying to enforce the touch move rule with her, wasted about 20 minutes of the head judges time in an argument including his father and his coach (this was scholastic), he ended up being kicked out of the tournament when he broke down into a straight out fit over it, really made me feel better that mine was just a mistake whereas this kid was just being an asshole.

Friends, when I look at the military developments in the world, I want to say that with Sweden's support to Nato, the war between Russia and Ukraine is heating up, a third world war may break out, paper money will be canceled and there will be a transition to digital currencies very soon. This is a very complex world, buy physical gold with all your might, buy ounces of gold with all your might, you must buy gold tell everyone that gold will be very valuable convert your virtual coins to physical money be quick,
Arkadaşlar dünyadakii askeri gelişmelere baktığımda şunu söylemek istiyorumki İsveç'in Nato'ya verdiği destekle birlikte Rusya ile Ukrayna arasındaki savaş kızışıyor, üçüncü bir dünya savaşı çıkabilir, kağıt paralar yakın zamanda iptal olacak çok dijital para birimlerine geçiş olacak. Bu çok karmaşık bir dünya, tüm gücünüzle fiziksel altinnn alın, tüm gücünüzle onss altinn satın alın, altinnn almalısınız herkese altininn çok değerli olacağını söyleyin sanal paralarınızı fiziksel paraya çevirin hızlı olun fırsat bu fırsat, gerekirse bankadan kredi çekip alın altinn ve dolari nakit avans çekipte alabilirsiniz kışa doğru Amerikaa Rusyaya karşi ne yapacağı belli olmaz büyük olaylar genelde kışın oluyor korona kışın oldu Rusya Ukrayna savaşı kışın oldu, acele edin benden demesi hızlı olun,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

@@Fatymable Not really lol. If youve ever played competitive stuff a lot in person where you have to fist bump/handshake someone, youd realize that sometimes awkward moments happen. Especially when you arent sure if the person wants to fist bump or shake hands, and you choose a different option at the same time.
Some of these were just people not putting much effort into a good handshake, but most of these were just people mixing up fist bumps vs handshakes, which really isnt that unusual. And it doesnt happen that often, but this video is a compellation of the few times it does out of thousands.
