    Hey there, in today's video, I'm excited to share my at-home Facelift Without Surgery Full Weekly Routine to take care of my 40-ahem two-year-old skin. I use a variety of tools and products, including exfoliating gloves, microcurrent, EMS, and electroporation devices, along with the Medicube HR Booster Gel and the Triple Collagen Complex line.
    I've invested a lot of time, effort, and training into taking back control of my skin and I finally feel like I'm at a place where I'm really happy with it. So, I want to share my tips and tricks with you to help you achieve similar results. I use the Feipushi Microcurrent machine, Rio 60 second EMS and the Medicvube Booster H.
    During the video, I explain how EMS and microcurrent work differently to stimulate muscles in the face and lift and tone the skin. It's important to note that EMS won't cause wrinkles to get deeper, in fact, it can help remove wrinkles. And microcurrent is a great way to lift and tighten your skin without causing any discomfort.

    Thanks TJ! The most important thing I learned in this video for me is to do microcurrent AFTER ems. EMS can deplete ATP. Microcurrent increases ATP (the fuel for the cells).

    Your skin looks so good!! I’m adding more beauty devices to my wish list every time I watch you lol!! Question, do you use threads? If so, how often? I’ve been doing my own threads for a little over 2 years, but am wondering if consistency with the devices you use, plus good skincare would yield better results than threads.

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  Рік тому +3

      Hiiiiii. Thank you ❤️ I have a room full of devices I've purchased over the years. Enough to open a museum almost 🤣 So to answer your Q about threads. I had used them in the past briefly (for around 8 weeks back in 2020) but found them hard to use and the results good, but only for a few weeks. Personally, I prefer devices and things that don't need to break the skin barrier. But there are lots of aesthetic grade goodies that work amazingly well from what I've seen.

    Hey friend, any update on if the Pico laser totally removed all of those broken capillaries? If so did they stay gone? I am in the same boat as you and have spent 10,000 or more dollars on treatments and I am desperate here. It would mean a lot to me if you could reply. We have same skin condition and I know your pain. Also does picosecond laser remove hair?

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  Рік тому +1

      Hi. I would say that it helped with about a 30% reduction in the surface capillaries. This is about the same result as when I had professional YAG lasering done. 30% is better than nothing, but it's nowhere near what I'm looking for. I'm currently working on them from a completely different direction and so far, I've managed to clear about 60% of the visible capillaries. I'm only 10 days into this experiment, but I highly recommend you taking a look at Tranexamic Acid (topical formulation) especially if you have talengiectasia, rosacea or melasma. Of all the skincare and treatments that I do, eradicating spider veins is now my top priority. I'm currently working on a video for it, but I recommend you do some reading on Tranexamic Acid in the meantime. Hope this helps.

    • @dennisguilder1
      @dennisguilder1 Рік тому

      @@TJTutorials hey! Thank you so much for your reply. I appreciate it and will look into it. You could look into the old electrocautery procedure for broken capillaries, but I think it only does well on small surface level ones. I bought a bovie derm 101 and use it on a low setting 2. Mine are mostly smaller. It works but it’s painful. You could look into some injections to make the veins collapse but only under someone who knows what they are doing. As I have heard if performed wrong can cause other complications. There are at home IPL devices but I am not sure how good they truly are.
      One other solid good way to get rid of them after talking to top doctors from around the world is to use mesychemal stem cells from placenta, Whartons jelly and/or umbilical cord lining from a healthy birth baby umbilical cord. These cause adapiogenesis and remove broken capillaries as well. They work even on deep ones as I spoke to one who performs this procedure.
      You could also use your own stem cells and get them injected directly not your face as well, but they may not have as good of an affect anti aging wise.
      Thank you for your reply; it means a lot to me as I have struggled for years and learned of many unorthodox tricks and procedures. Hopefully you can find something and update us.
      Yes I agree with your goals. I want a super clear complexion like Korean women have. That is my goal.
      Wishing you best of luck and much love. Again, I appreciate your reply and response, I have spent so much time, money, pain, and agony on this!
