You didn’t do the brick mailbox as promised? Also again, should’ve done a window in the master or left the door. That’s probably one of the biggest factors on why the house is sitting. I wouldn’t even book a room on a cruise without a window. Couldn’t imagine having a master without any natural light.
Jackson you are amazing and beautiful wife too, thank you so much for doing this Chanel and giving your knowledge and experience for free, 10 months ago I paid 15k to learn this and honestly would’ve learned more from you then from them. If you decide to expend and do more flips in other states like OH I would love to help you with it) I have the best contractor ever!
Before you do your last payment to your contractor, you need to do a blue tape inspection and have them come back and fix any of those little things first
Nice work! Thanks for sharing honest content. I am 56 yrs old looking for my first house to flip, I will be using cash to do the whole deal and as much of the construction as I can that makes me money and contract the rest. I will be following to see how your journey goes. Thanks again!
Thanks for sharing. Just found your channel and have already binged most of your videos. Me and the hubby are wanting to start our flipping journey and find so much value in these videos! Would love to chat and ask some questions sometime!
I can't lie @:10 not even 15 seconds into the video and that was the first thing I noticed! That roof looks extremely slopped I'm sure that's probably the first thing buyers noticed as well 😅
Address the elephant in the room brother! What happened to the last contractor? Looks like these current contractors SUCK! The disappointment looks real.
That driveway looks good now. But damn, a few years from now, cracks everywhere. Where are the vertical control joints/contract joints. Total amateur hour on that pour.
I’m at step one. Opened up my LLc. Registered and got my EIN. Now I’m getting emails that I need a Business License and Beneficial Ownership report? Do I need all this to start my fix and flip journey?
!!!I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks or Crypto will be appreciated
As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Kristine Lynn Weber is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
My colleagues had a good laugh at me when I told them I started my journey with $50k capital and how I accumulated over 6 figures within a span of 7 months. They never believed me until I pulled out my P&L. I know that learning the ins and outs of the market isn't for everyone, that's why personally, she oversees my investments.

No, LLC & EIN are what you need to get started. However, always good to have an operating agreement for your company even if you are a sole member.
