  • Water fasting 16 hours so far and instead of eating I chose to do a cardio workout. I did Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance. The extra fat burn during a fast and the satisfaction that I overcame a craving to eat instead workout are amazing. After the workout I’m hydrating and feeling great.
