Thanks for the tips doctor! Can you suggest what are possible causes for Callus and how to prevent it. I wear comfortable shoes, tried wrapping my toes (where my callus is), still no help. Thanks again!

I am diabetic and mine is not looking bad. It’s on the side of the foot. It’s a little hard and Spot looks like it can be sanded down, but I’m going to start using Vaseline to moisturize it at night

Generally, doctors recommend Salicyclic Acid+Urea combination - Salicure ointment. I use it to remove calluses. It will take time but works.

@@prernachoudhary682 I am not a doctor but i have callus problem. My doctor recommends - Salicure 12% . You can also try DermaSoft cream which contains Urea and Lactic Acid. If you visit a podiatrist, then they will remove the callus safely with a special blade.

@@auntym2007 The ointment is available only in India. You can find an alternative with urea + salicylic acid or urea + lactic acid.

I have a question. I have a foot that half like All of the toes have been ampataed and I keep having this big callus that keeps regrowing. And I keep getting bone infections how can I get my foot healed up permanently so the callus doesn't regrow.
It's likely that you have a foot fungus. Clotrimazole 1% cream may be of benefit. I have seen persons who get great relief from using it.
