You really got to let the completed track play at the end, I feel like all producing tuts are incomplete without it. But i gotta say this was a solid walk through, you really deserve more subscribers keep it up man
The standout feature of this song (edge) to me is that actual composition. I think that melody at the beginning really defines her entire body of work.
We glad we don't suck! lol We love your videos and they actually help us out around live! We appreciate you bruh! thanx again for these dope videos! Happy holidays to you and the family! Keep up the fabulous work and have a great day!
This was really great both in terms of sound design and in thinking about structure. Would LOVE to see a re-visit to G Jones now that The Ineffable Truth is out!
this video was dope. like sadboy also said im a big fan of the format. so much knowledge crammed into one video like the reactor ensemble and retriggering comments
You touched on a really useful sound design tool that i learned from deadmau5, for such a long time i would watch his videos try to figure out how he made those 1/8d chord rhythms. you would see his chord notation as legato midi, but i found out by chance that he was using a ramp up lfo on the filter. so instead of literally editing the midi to rhythm is such a mission so you can use a lfo to quickly add stab chords to your production.
She didnt know much theory when this was written but she knows a lot more now. She literally went to a DeadMau5 set and said "Ah I want to do that" and went home and downloaded software haha
HOW TO MAKE: REZZ, 95 bpm, kick, kick layered on a snare, kick, kick layered on a snare. serum. saw in a, leave be 1/8 your basses LFO to cutoff. distorion: downsaple time to watch the video.

Some artists are beyond what I'm capable of - and he's risen up to that limit pretty close. I'll definitely think about it.

Do Pretty Lights or the Floozies for some glitchy funk next man! Keep it up though. I don’t even use Ableton and I’m learning from these.

Is there any chance you have this project file up for download somewhere? I really wanna take a look at everything in the FX section
It's more of a signature in the beginning of songs. A lot of artists do it
