As a level 27 on HLL this video helps a lot. Nobody told me any of this stuff and the game doesn’t really tell you either. Spent a lot of time getting yelled at before I sat down on a few videos.
It's important to note that Supplies have a 50M radius so if your working with an engineer make sure you aren't placing your Supplies in BFE so you can get those nodes up ASAP! *this comment no longer applies since new update but if your curious what "BFE" mean, Urban Dictionary it.*
Supplies might be streamlined with a good supply troop. Make sure they redeploy after each drop to refresh their supply. Engineers coupled with supply at the start is a good way to get your team more options in the beginning. Supply can drop a small batch for nodes and commanders can drop supplies anywhere.

One secret tip , if you dont have a commander to send you supplies in the first 2 lines to build nodes you can take support kit ,drop 50 supplies , with engineer kit build munition node and then standing in the yellow circle of the munition node the supplies cooldown of the support is 2x times faster so you drop again and build one more node then again so basically you can build nodes by yourself or preferably with a friend anywhere without supp truck or supplies from airdrop . Also you can drop supplies from the truck after the second row and then build nodes before it in the territory of the second row so if you lise the point they dont dissapear .

depends for eng, surport, mg its the surportt points that do it... for automatic rifleman, mg rifleman sniper at its effectiveness and with those roles you are the most effective when taking orders ill tell ya rn a good rifleman is dangerous. you get alot of points for helping build structures defending points and being overall useful and you usually get a commendation for being useful
If I've got this right, nodes deliver more resources the further forward they are built too. I made a noob mistake recently in first go as Engineer by building them so close to our HQ that they didn't produce anything lol. Got ribbed my team-mates but it was a good learning moment.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OFFENSIVE GAME MODE!!! If the Attacking force has no sectors capped, you CAN still build nodes as the DEFENDERS in the their "deployment area", and they generate 30 Supplies a Minute. Now, if they have that first objective capped, then you can't get nodes down there.
Wish nodes would stay up in the first two rows when the enemy recaptures territory. They could even drop it to 5 resources generated if the nodes end up in enemy territory. This may slow down the steamrolling that now seems to be happening since update 9

Thank you, I have played a ton of this game as anti tank and auto rifleman and roles like that, and wanted to get into commander but realized I know nothing about resources lol. I don’t wanna be ignorant to other aspects of the game I don’t understand so I want to learn first then put said education to use

Good video, however you showed the Jumbo 75 when you said 76 and the 76 when you said 75. Good shit though, especially with the rush of new players, people need to know to win it isn't about rushing and dying on point.
As an engineer, i place nodes. Then the frontline moves two squares up horizontally. How do i remove old nodes since they produce less now and the cap was reached? The walk is infinite. Can i ask for a supply truck in the team chat? How do i refill a supply truck once i got one? And should i just ask for supplies to be dropped in in the teamchat whenever i need or could use some?
BTW a good idea will be to work with your squad teammates, your SL can ask the commander about the truck, supply drop, build the outpost closer and so on. Your support can drop supplies, all others s. teammates can secure area or help dismantle old nodes (I don't know if regular soldier, aka not eng can dismantle ally nodes?)
I often see that I cannot build any further nodes. 1. Does the engineer have a colldown until he can build another node? or can only 1 node be built in each sector (5-10-15)? that would be illogical, since a maximum of 4 notes can be built and in the most distant sector that will certainly not be done anymore. 2. In the game mode breakthrough, is there a limit of 1 (of each type) nodes as a defender? first around as an attacker? 3. Are there differences in game mode (breakthrough and front lines)? @@Terrydactyl I just started playing on console as well. I just place the nodes at the HQ Base since I dont have to worry about them being destroyed until the end when the enemy gets to our last stronghold and let them accumulate the whole game. Is there a better way to go about it?
@@Terrydactyl ok, everygame im in , I ussually see my nodes being the only one on the map so just switch classes to another im trying to level up in, its working so far with over 1000-2000 support points a game among other stats

Supplies have been the most confusing part of the game since I started playing it yesterday. This helps a bit, thanks!

Yeah its a mistake a lot of people make, but really they should just disable node building in the first sector.

have to resupply the truck back at HQ, hold F on friendly node to remove it, always worth asking if you can get a supply drop from command too.

I’m still a tad fuzzy on WHERE nodes should be built? On the captured Obj? Little behind? Or just wherever Command says?
I'm not too sure but hide them well because lately I've been going behind enemy lines and dismantling them lol.

Hi, this video is a bit outdated. Engineers can now only build 1 node of each type, and its the same in each game mode :)

Bad because theyre easier to spot and destroy. Fortifications on the strongpoint on the other hand are a must for a good defense.
