I feel ya, like the music itself is timeless, and just listening I'm not thinking how many years have passed since when I first got into them... But seeing them aged kind of a brutal reminder how much I have too, damn! And not nearly as well as they have I'm afraid! 🧑🦽! So glad to see them still playing, and still sublimely. ❤️🔥
Ended the concert early and no tempest in the setlist to boot. Man they need to retire 46&2 and stinkfist from live sets and give some other songs a chance. Every live show I've been to in the last 10 years has had those two songs in it. Know there'll be some people jumping to their defense about this but it's really just MJK going through the motions when it comes to the setlist selection. I'm fine with just watching the same songs played over and over again but I won't be putting out money for tickets, I'll just watch the reruns on UA-cam.
They had to have been looking at the radar in the sound booth because legit 10 mins after they finished it was pouring… I had a mile walk back to my car and my wife and I were fucking SOAKED
I wish they showed Tool on the side screens like they did for literally every other band at this festival. I had no idea he even did this because I was far back and all I could see was those stupid psychedelic geometric shapes they kept showing
The smell in the front at the show was terrible. Smelled like a dead animal. And it wasn’t weed. It was bad hygiene. I moved back quickly. Grey show tho.
If he wants to dress that way then she should go ahead. But they aren't really making a big statement. In fact he's playing it safe and cowardly. Here's what to do 'tough guy': Put a minor child like your son or grandson or nephew and parade them around in drag. That way you can truly violate the letter and spirit of the supposedly unjust Florida law. Unless you or them don't have the testicles.
Florida's laws target drag & trans people based on hate & propaganda. The "protect the children" angle is a tactic of pearl clutchers & bigots as old as time.
