  • This is my favorite tool pouch, the Veto Pro Pac DP3. It is the perfect size to carry a small amount of hand tools and an impact with some bits. I have mine filled up with Klein tools and a Milwaukee M12 impact. The pliers set from Klein is one of my favorite sets of pliers.

I do low voltage, camera installations, network racks, etc. I thought I found the perfect pouch in the MP1X but it was missing a pouch for termination plugs and I was looking for a compact zipper pouch to clip on it then I see you drop this with the Velcro pouch and drill holder and I was instantly sold! May actually be the perfect pouch for me and my coworkers.

On a side note, it may be just a little too bulky for some of the spaces I get into, so the MP1X may still be the better choice, if anyone wears them, let me know how it fits and if it gets in the way

@@cartharax4308 I've got the TP3B and a TP2 as well as an old Occidental Leather for the same reasons.

@cartharax4308 Obviously, you can still navigate a doorway, but I wouldn't go into a crawlspace with it. It's uncomfortable if you use the adjustable clip because it sits to high, so you're going to want to pass it through your belt. At the same time though, it comes with a handle so you can carry it in like a tool bag.

@@wackyweyland8857 Yeah its a tempting one, I think I decided to get the MP1X though, it fits more of what Im looking for.

I just modified mine (prev. version). Cut off the heavy velcro flap (tho I can stick it on for the tape holder if needed) which opens up that pocket. Also, made a 1" leather handle attached to the belt loop so I don't have to deal with the handle when it's on my belt with other pouches. I just drilled out some holes and used Chicago Screws to fasten it rather than rivets (a little Loctite Red will go in when I'm satisfied with it).
Big fan of the Milwakee M12 stuff as the option of 2 battery forms is awsome. 18V stuff is too heavy/bulky for most things I do.
For the impact and other tools, I've been using the Spider setup - a hook worth a look.

Always loved the cushion grips on the Klein drivers! I just can’t get used to the ergonomic ones like Wera, Milwaukee, and Wiha. I feel like I get a stronger grip on the larger handle.

I have this pouch, used it with the clip, felt weird and pulled down my belt from the weight. I put it on a tool belt but not practical. I could just use the carry strap to carry around with me, idk.
How do you use it? Clip? Belt loop? Carry?
    Thanks.

Yes, it does; my wife carries hers that way.
I have one DP3 set up for car emergency tools; a lithium ion jump starter fits in the drill section. Another is my at-home DIY pouch, with a parts box in that pocket.

You do a great job with your channel. Licensed master electrical contractor. Most of my hand tools are pretty much Klein. I should get a new set of linesman’s like the orange ones. I still have the old blue ones that are pretty stiff.

I stuck mine on a diamondback 701 vest and it works OK. I would like if rhe pockets weren't so anged and the back clip is about useless since it puts the leather tunnel in your kidneys. They definitely left room for improvement.

I’m having the same issue. It’s not a comfortable pouch to wear. Either too high or too low. I then put it on a belt but it bounces on my hip/thighs. If I have a bit on my impact it’s even worse. I can’t find the “right” way to wear it. Otherwise it’s an amazing pouch for carrying essentials.

Some of us actually clean our tools and take care of them like our livelihood depends on it. For alot of us self employed or even working for another company they have you provide your own tools. If it was me I'd rather not be buying forged wire strippers and pliers wrenches more than once. If alls it takes is a wipe of houdini at the end of the day or between jobs I'm gonna takes that few minutes.
