DON'T BUY A BAG WHERE THE TOOLS LAY DOWN IN THE BOTTOM! A bag where the tools stand up like soldiers will allow you to see what's missing. This will save you thousands over its life and make you look more professional. No one wants to hear the story about how you lost your tool. No one wants to lend you the tool you left on the previous call. No one wants to stop to get a new tool. You need to be able to quickly see what is missing on the go.

Do not use your impact drill. Period. Y’all are stripping out the screws.

That's ridiculous. I've never stripped a screw with either a 12/20v impact on a 5/16 or 3/8 fastener. You just pull it off as soon as it clicks. I'm not about to extend my time 5 fold on a heat exchanger for a York just to do the 5 thousand screws by hand. None of that even mentions the amount of corroded fasteners that require a driver to get out anyway. If you strip one, just add another somewhere else.

I agree with your anger regarding impacts. It pisses me off to see new units with the screws stripped, and we have had employees who just love to hear them hammer. The Milwaukee m12 on the 1 settling won't strip screws. It shuts off when it bottoms out, It is what made me switch to Milwaukee years ago. Sometimes, I have to switch to 2 just to get the screw to seat.
