I’ve this condition sin ce I was a child and I am tired of trying different shampoos and treatments from my multiple Dermatologist. Yes Honestly, my scalp was in fair condition by the time I came across your channel. The oil I won as apart of one of your giveaways didn't work for me... Atleast not then. But the caprylic acid , allowing my scalp to breathe daily and considering my stress level or what I ate prior to the outbreaks changed everything. For my body, the caprylic acid was gold. I don't have major scalp problems anymore and I didnt change my diet completely. "As I am dry and Itches scalp" full line has helped a ton and trader Joe's tea trea oil shampoo.
    Today I just realized I have had my disressed locs in for almost two months and I haven't had the severe need to wash my scalp.
    This all combined I do agree and believe is all God 🙌

I’ve been going through this with my scalp for 9 to 10 years. And I’m jus tired and ready to make a change. Won’t any topicals or shampoos work, so now I know I gotta get the pills and change my diet. I’ve already been feeling like it’s an inside issue and I gotta change my diet and you jus confirmed that for me✅ Thank you! And May God be with you and me! I think that is what I am suffering from seborrhetic dermatitis. I tried everything from homemade hair oil using rosemary and peppermint essentials mixed in the hair oil from using Jamaican Black Castor Oil on my scalp. My scalp sucked it up, and my scalp started to flare back up 😮‍💨. I went to a dermatologist years ago, and he prescribed me that same shampoo Ketoconazole Shampoo. I had to stop using it just like you said it made my hair dry, and brittle, it felt like a Brillo Pad 😂. I also was told some years back I had anemia and I needed to take iron pills but that only lasted for so long to the point I stopped taking those as well. I am starting to run out of options at this point. I find myself washing my hair every week or every other week because if I don’t my scalp gets to itching so bad to the point I scratch so much I cause my own scalp to bleed and tender to the touch.

    I'm taking doctor's with a grain of salt from now especially over chronic issues, prescribing be steroids and shampoo and saying it has nothing to do with food. Why do people who work in science talk like that? when we know science is always discovering new things, so you can't absolutely say something.
    Through analysing my diet, after 10 years for seb derm, I essentially discovered it was a milk allergy. Funny enough, the seb derm started at the same time as I realised I had "lactose intolerance", again 10 years later, turns out it wasn't lactose intolerance it was a milk allergy.
    I suspect the milk effs up my immune system and makes my susceptible to the yeast, they discovered that seb derm people have a higher immune response to malassezia.

      Remember everything that a corporate or an entity offer, it most likely a business transaction. If I tell you what you think you want to hear and I’m getting paid doing so, they will keep on doing it. This world runs on money. It’s sad but it’s the truth. That is why it is very important to study herbs, study your body, follow the 8 laws of health. Go to God and have faith and the Holy Spirit will lead you. Blessings

    It definitely is faith and lifestyle changes! You have to give up foods that your body isn’t agreeing with. I go to a holistic dotted because my daughter has the same issue. The dermatologist said it was a fungus and that foods aren’t the cause because I asked “do you think it’s what’s she’s eating” and she said no! 🙄 The holistic doctor I see did in fact say what you eat does in fact cause fungus. So, change your diet. Don’t listen to these doctors especially when you should be leading with the Holy Spirit. I knew it had to do with what she was eating and when she said no I was like let me go and take her to a holistic doc because I’m just paying for her to keep me spending money on products and meds so.

    hey girl! thank you for this video, I do have a quick question! I would love to (and need to start) working out and exercising, but I find my scalp gets so sweaty that I avoid doing it. I’m a very busy college student so I don’t really have time for a wash day, even for 3 days a week.
    I wash my hair 1/week right now.
    I feel as if the only alternative would be to cut my hair very short (which I don’t want) or to just not work out. Do you have any tips? Is there any balance between the working out and having sb/psoriasis?

    • @BelindaCheryll
      @BelindaCheryll  10 місяців тому

      No honey. It is part of our nature to exercise. It is one of the recommended laws of health. Never stop working out or keeping your body active. I too, told myself I don’t want to mess up my hair or deal with all the sweat so I’m not gonna work out. God had to wake me up and tell me working out helps remove the toxic out your body. It allows the blood to flow properly and the right nutrients, “ from the healthy food you eat” to flow correctly. Never, never let anything or anyone stop you from living healthy that is top priority. Also helps with brain function and allows you to hear God. Live right and you will see that it will disappear. Have faith. Working out is one of the ways that this condition is out my life.
