Glad to see you’re back! A couple of months ago I bought a Wacom Intuos pro for editing, but even after watching videos on how to set it up, I just can’t seem to get the hang of it for skin retouching and just overall use on photoshop. Would you consider doing a video on using a tablet or pad for editing? I’ve seen a lot of pros say it’s better for detailed work, so I think it could be something useful for the channel? Keep it up!
Thanks Cameron, glad to be back! ☺ Oh absolutely! I hadn't ever really thought too much about doing a video like that, but I really think it could be helpful too! Retouching with a tablet is definitely good for detailed work, so I'll put it on my requests list 🙂
Your videos are very helpful and informative! I'm planning some beauty shoots! so I have to check your other video of Luminosity masks colour grading : ) Thanks for Sharing with us your time and technique!
Great info/vid! The only thing I would do differently is not use background music. It’s hard to understand all the great wisdom you have to share! Just some constructive feedback🆗👌🏻
Hello am looking to do beauty shots for my indie organic beauty brand. What camera do you recommend to start with that is middle range in price and great for video too? Hugs and subscribed excited to see more your work! Hope to be able to collaborate with you in the future too! Stay save during this lockdown xxx hugs x Evanthia
Best retouching results is frequency separation + dodge and burn. If you’re doing freq. sep. subtly there shouldn’t be any loss of texture.
Doing my first beauty shoot tomorrow. Can’t wait to use these great techniques- and learn to dodge and burn! Thank you so much!! 💕
No problem! I'm glad you've found the tips to be helpful, good luck with your shoot! 😀

What lens is the best for close face photography....I have only 24-70 f4 and 35mm f1.4
A 100 or 105mm macro lens would be perfect, 35 isn’t really a “beauty” lens

That’s my question too
Any full frame camera, if it has eye AF that is a bonus. Reason for Full frame? Availability of good macro lenses
