It's amazing how it followed that tricky terrain. I mean, the scooter. And the drone did very well too. But never mind all that, I chiefly wanted to enjoy the hypnotic music. And of course I did. Another grade 1 video, thanks!
The tracking on this drone is impressive. The image quality seems to vary depending on conditions. I have seen gorgeous images when the sun was not as bright. And a few like this were it was too sharp. Did you have ND filters on this? And if not would it have made a big difference?

Hey Roo, is you Pro Max grounded just like mine due to all problems with beacon and latest firmware update ? Looks like for some users beacon is being sent back for replacement
The original X1 can do this, I think. I haven't seen anybody test the new rear camera, which is the sole reason I ordered. I have never trusted Dolly Track because it can't see the rear. Nice test, though. I'd like to see maximum difficulty, especially given the price.

I feel by default the camera overexposes the shot sometimes. I can set exposure comp to -7 in the app when manually flying and get nicely exposed footage, but I'm not sure if that setting can be made to stay when using the drone on its own. I'm still experimenting.
@@Roos-Reviews the difficulty seems to be in high contrast situations. There are 14 dynamic range steps being marketed but I hardly achieve that. For simplicity, the quality of photo (not video) where you have easy static control is quite low. I did a test with an IPhone 6 (which I had to resurrect from the attic) and the image quality in iPhone is better than Pro Max. I did write to support about this and hope it can be addressed

He pedido a Hover que lo tengan en cuenta, pero yo no soy quien, yo solo no hago fuerza. Sería tan sencillo como meter en las opciones un nivel de altura más. Yo pondría 4 niveles.

It certainly looks blown out in most cases. Perhaps a firmware update will correct that. Would be good to see it split screen with the OG X1.

For $700 it has a poor light dynamic range.

The update fixed my beacon connection problem, but my pro Max is grounded for other reasons and will be replaced soon.

I'm editing the backwards flying dolly tracking tests now.
Wonder if it was using a beacon vs just following from its own AI.
