Go to a body shop and get a quote! You will find out its cheaper to get a pdr job. You get to keep everything factory finish. Painting the hood they would recommend blending into the fenders… maybe bumper too… 🙄

This is what a body shop in Grand Junction is telling me as well. From your experience: Will the insurance company pay for a new PPF onto the new hood after the paint has cured?
It’s better to buy a new panel if you own a pos and don’t care if it goes on the carfax and lowers the value and is not matched exactly and starts to fade in a year.On the other hand if you have a nice vehicle, then this is best.
Great pricing on that graph 📊 you showed
Glad we could help! Thanks for watching!
Very helpful, thanks.
Thank you and Thanks for watching!
Wouldn’t be cheaper to just replace the panel or hood?
Sometimes but saving the factory panels and factory paint finish is a better repair

@@SiouxFallsDentRepair can you really repair it to a point where the dents are 100% entirely unnoticeable?
@@chrisc3825 depends on the damage size, depth, damage location and many other factors, typically we will know beforehand how damage will come out :)
I see - so there is a possibility that sever damage (size or amount?) will not be 100% repairable@@SiouxFallsDentRepair ?
Is the price for paint less repair. How do u fix the dent. Thx

Hi, I wanted to ask is it difficult to find a job in the USA for removing dents without painting pdr. More than 5 years of work experience, thank you
It's really going to depend on where you are located and how the local market is and how you advertise yourself, good luck and thanks for watching!
Thanks for making my mind up to just buy a used Hood / trunk instead 😂
Sometimes replacing the damaged panel is more cost effective, thank you for watching!
