I hate the phrase “You can't cure dizziness, you have to deal with this forever"

While there is truth to this, it’s kind of like saying you can’t "cure pain."
But you can enjoy a life that isn’t impacted by pain. You can work on being healthy, not just avoiding pain. It’s kind of like telling people "Well, we are all going to get old and die" which isn't the most encouraging thing when someone is already freaked out.
