- A visibly emotional Donald Trump has walked out to raucous applause and chants of "USA" and "fight" during the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
It is the former president's first public appearance since Saturday's assassination attempt.

I think he has been changing for a while now. He talks about God and prayer and we are praying for him. The man is quite a fighter and is still standing after all of what he has been through, including an attempt on his life! If he can fight like that, I want him to fight for our country! Oh Frank, I agree with every word you say... with the addition that I am German in Germany! I love this man and have been dealing with him for years now... for me personally, he was, is and will again in 2024 be THE BEST PRESIDENT in the world and ever lived for all time! There is no politician of this caliber in Germany! We probably won't benefit at all from Trump here in Europe and specifically in Germany BUT I DON'T CARE AT ALL... because it is simply the right decision for the world and world peace that Trump becomes the most powerful man on earth... it is THE RIGHT THING for ALL of us!
