Do you get half the speed when you are connected to the satellite? I have a 500 Mbps connection and I get full speed when I connect to the main unit, but about 260 when connected to the satellite, even in optimal conditions.

Just got the AX3000 and although it pairs with the app as well as the internet working, when I use the app it says network connection error. It's genuinely quite frustrating cause I can't upgrade it or do anything else. Please help
@@arcusatmos6367 unfortunately No! the firmware is global and not chinese due to which it does not allow 5G frequency to be shared and is restricted. I tried my level best to downgrade firmware but of no use so I switched to AC2100.
yo tengo problemas con el mesh ax300, se desconecta, se apaga, de un momento a otro se pone luz naranja de sistema y se apagan , lo resete ambos ya que son pack y siguen mismo problema a pesar que lo volvi a configurar....alguien tubo similar problema o como se soluciona?

Where the heck do you live and how much does your internet cost? We pay ZMW5000 for 5mbps down/up simultaneous. That's USD250 for 5mbps.... and it's only 1mbps guaranteed. The only reason I am here on your video/channel is because we've finally gotten Starlink and it turns out the routers and network matters a lot...
Does it require an online MiAccount to setup the router? Can it use the standard wireless setup with a laptop?

I don't believe they do. Why would you disable WiFi? Wouldn't a switch be better for that purpose?

It’s probably because u got the chinese ver of the device(which is cheaper than the global ver.)

My AX3000 seems locked to the Chinese region rendering the Xiaomi app. useless to me on my iPhone based in Australia.
