just got home after enrolling for the instrument course at my flight school where the entire 172 fleet is dual G5 and then I come home to see this gem posted
I understand this is video about G5 and that's maybe the reason you are using knobs on G5, but I find it much easier to use HDG and ALT knobs on the autopilot instead of G5s.
Great video. I fly a plane with G5s and same autopilot. I find using the heading and altitude knobs on the autopilot to set heading and altitude bug much easier than knobs on G5 units.
