Anger is an emotion that we all experience to varying degrees of intensity throughout our lives.

Anger can be triggered by various reasons: from minor inconveniences to major injustices, anger can arise in response to different situations and can manifest in ways ranging from a simple annoyance to an outburst of rage.
In this video, you will see how anger can be a reaction to the perception of injustice, the appearance of obstacles in achieving our goals, when we feel attacked or threatened, etc. We will also see how anger can arise without an external trigger, such as when we recall a situation that seemed unjust to us.
Although anger can have a negative connotation, it can also be a useful and adaptive emotion in certain contexts if well managed, as it can provide us with the energy and motivation needed to face difficult situations, take action against injustices, or overcome the negative expectations that others have towards us.
You will also see the consequences of poorly managed anger. When anger is based on erroneous perceptions or is experienced too frequently or intensely, it can cause problems in our relationships, affect our self-image, and have detrimental effects on our physical health.
Additionally, we examine how our body physically responds to anger. We discuss how the amygdala, a part of the brain that plays a crucial role in our emotional responses, reacts to perceptions of threat or injustice.
And the information about this emotion, anger, does not end in this video. On Thursday the 27th, I will upload another video in which we will address how to manage anger, and I will put the link here. But you can also subscribe to receive an alert when the new video is uploaded.
