Dyson V11 vacuum not working - motor replacement

How to fix a Dyson V11 or SV14 Dyson vacuum cleaner. This unit makes pulsing sounds but motor won’t operate despite fully charged battery. Here I show how I opened the motor to inspect the fault and ended up cleaning it out and replacing the motor unit. Works well now!

I got mine in Australia from Dyson Revive. But I see Amazon sells them too. Search for “Dyson V11 motor”
