Dear Paul, Back in the days,,, each time the Beatles released new songs, my brother's rock band mimicked them, They had no singer so they made me the lead singer. I was years younger than them (a kid) and I hated singing in front of an audience. It was painful at the time, but now the music brings back happy memories. Peace & Love

It must be so sort of a pain in the ass to have to keep talking about the same story for the rest of your life. NEW is a great album and people just talk about the Beatles. I do love them! Even though...
***** I do love both the Beatles and Paul. And, yes, they did change my life too - and a whole deal! I was watching this recent McCartney interview. He talked about the Beatles for almost 40 minutes and they reserved about 3 minutes to talk about his latest work. I am sure he loves being the "ex-beatle Paul" but he is a great artist and he is a real musician and I am sure he´d love to talk about what he is being doing lately, rather than discussing Yoko Ono´s role on the band break-up, 44 years ago.
***** For me it´s been a nice experience listenning to NEW. It is the good old Paul doing what he loves and in a great style. He was the "real" musician in the Beatles, the guy who would stand up in front of an orchestra... Every McCartney gig in Brazil was sold out.

I was thinking the same thing! This guy has been in music for over 50 years and all people want to talk about is the first 1/5 of his career, when he has done so many other things worth mentioning. I kinda feel bad for him, but I have never seen him ask an interviewer to change the subject, which I think he has a right to. He is a really nice guy
dommell100 Well, I guess Paul makes use of it too, even though he dos not really need that. He´s into marketing a lot. I love him anyway. Wild Life, Ram, McCartney I and II... all good work.
....Bob Dylan is playing 3 nights in Blackpool next weekend, at the Opera House - why not do a theatre tour for fan club members only....instead of vast stadium gigs?! How did you find Japan...?....!
