    I love over night oats. Today I just had instant oats with dried fruit and a banana. Was going to be out and on the go so it set me up well for the day. I also use oats when I bake bread.

      Never thought about oats in home made bread. I really like them on bread I buy but never remember to do it myself >_

      . I do it by hand as I dont have a Bread maker. Instead of shaping it into a ball I let it rise in my loaf pans. My family loves it.

    This year I found out I was gluten intolerant :( I was making salad wraps at work everyday as that was the only vegan option and it was free . At home I'd eat rice all the time and bread rarely . Then I got really unwell and anemic to the point it affected my periods and I was out of breath just walking up the stairs. I kept getting a pain in my side .
    Being vegan is so easy you just veganise everything . But being gf as well is so annoying basics like bread are super expensive cheaper ones use egg eugh!
    So having to rethink how to make my vegan things gf lol

      It’s so frustrating isn’t it!
      I’ve found that it’s refined wheat that causes me issues but if I eat things like sourdough I’m ok. Also adding fermented foods like kombucha to my diet has really helped with the issues wheat gives me

      Yea I left there back in march, I've chatted about things on Patreon but not so much on here.
      I'm currently working two jobs. I work as a temp at the Edinburgh University which is pretty unstable as it's a rolling one month contract. I also work at Eater Greens, the vegan greengrocers in Edinburgh. That's my stable job and I absolutely love it there :)

      It's 2 cups of oats, 4tbsp of chia seeds, 4 tbsp or flax and 3tbsp of brown sugar.

      Yea I used to do that but found I got really bored of it. The texture was just so... Pasty.

      There must be some hardcore followers but I’ve not managed to hit the full dozen yet. It’s the beans and whole grain that I struggle with. I’m well over on the veg instead.
      ... and also had pizza last night so yea. We’ll just ignore yesterday’s checklist and start again today haha
