It looks very good and the sauce looks super yammie! I wish we've had Alpro greek style yoghurt here, but maybe one day :-)

That yogurt is my favourite! It’s so thick and creamy. There are loads of other good ones like coconut, almond etc but it’s all about the thickness. The others are so thin! And sweet... really sweet! This one is kinda neutral so it can be used in savoury dishes too.
Fingers crossed it makes its way to you one day, it’s too good not to share with everyone!

Sad but I often have ‘ sad looking veg’ too that needs to be used up, then I usually make a fried rice or noodles. I think toasted sesame seeds would go well with your salad.Do you like the Indian dish Aloo Gobi? Cauliflower with potatoes. Are you working full time now?

I can’t stand seeing stuff go to waste so often rescue sad looking veggies out the discount basket.
I love Indian food, aloo gobi has two of my favourite things in it - potatoes and cauliflower. It’s so good 😋
I’m kind of working full time. I have two jobs at 2 days a week each but one of the jobs has a long commute - an hour plus each way. Depending on traffic my commute adds 5-6 hours on which is like adding an unpaid shift onto my week

Hi Ivy, like you I always try to rescue my veg as far as possible. I don’t like cauliflower, but will eat it in dishes I like including Aloo Gobi. With the Long commute , I can see how meal prep would be more difficult but probably more helpful too so you have ready meals on days you work.

I’m a big cauliflower fan, absolutely love it :) it’s better flavoured tho like in aloo gobi. Yum!
Yea it’s something that helps if I get the time to do it. Sometimes I do sometimes I don’t. This was a good week for it haha

My main gripe abt Cauliflower is that it’s quite bland. I prefer broccoli. So yes, when it’s well flavoured I will eat it.
